Excellent customer service, easy online booking platform.

The team at My Car Bateau Bay are professional, knowledgeable and affordable. We have been bringing our cars for major services to pink slips and have found the team to be efficient and honest!

Fabulous service, booked my car in for a pink slip and it was relatively easy in-and-out. The guys were fantastic and even gave me a quote for a much-needed service.

Over the years we have had excellent service from My Car. What we particularly appreciate is clear communication. That means if something extra needs to happen like a new tyre My Car always calls us beforehand to seek the go ahead. Good communication as well when the car is ready. Thank you

Great service and true to time . The added tyre care package is fantastic.

I use this place only in urgent situations when I can't go elsewhere, but I do feel it's overpriced for a few reasons:

They use a generic engine oil compared to other places. After servicing, it usually takes about a minute for the engine to stabilize when starting. This wasn’t the case when I had Castrol oil used elsewhere. After about six months, the engine takes even longer, up to 2-3 minutes.

The wheel alignment doesn't seem to be done properly. My car tends to pull to the left, and when I get the service elsewhere, it typically lasts 9-10 months without issues. However, here, it starts pulling within 2-3 months. After my last service, I went to another place, and they reported that my left front wheel was misaligned by over 10 degrees, which they said was almost like not having an alignment done at all.

Lastly, their prices are the same or slightly higher than other places.

For these reasons, I only recommend them for basic services, and if you're not in a rush, I suggest considering other options.

Tyler and the workshop boys are great. They are efficient, transparent and always help me understand what’s going on with my car and what I need to do, whether they can fix it or they send me somewhere else. I trust them with fixing my car :)

Took my car first time and last because had squeak coming from the belt they told me couldn't find squeak and picked my car up and it was squeaking worse when I got home went to go out for lunch 50km next day broke down finished no power steering no power NRMA came and told me that aircompressor pulley was jumping around and not too drive the car so got a tow truck and took it back to bateau Bay which cost me $199 for extra km then this morning rang my wife and told her that I need a new starter motor $900 new alternator new battery plus labour there definitely never ever had problems with starter motor never touched air-conditioning compressor charged me $2001 I personally could have bought the part's for$800 so possibly they have just ripped me off or they might have sabotage my car but Iam very pissed off because I let them know that they could not call me because I would be in hospital having an operation but I will take my car to another machenic to make sure they are new part's and I will get a report from NRMA tow back11/09/24 and maybe fixed it on 12/09/2024
