Easy, no stress and quick

I turned up with a puncture & was told no problem, was fixed within 30m which I thought was very prompt

They gave my car a log book service and a couple of minor repairs at a good price. Good communication and customer service. Will be back next time.

Well went in for a puncture repair and was charged nearly $50 which in my opinion was expensive.

Was advised I need a wheel alignment but that they could only adjust 2 wheels as the rear axle was fixed.

Asked for a discount on price was told no!

So I didn't get it done. Stand in manager isn't the smartest.

Took my work car in for new tyres and were fitted with the white writing on the outside. Asked if they could swapped to the other side to match the 4 other tyres and was told no!

Probably won't go back there again now and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Customer service goes a long way in my opinion.

They accomodating me even i don't have booking.

The manager there was great. Answered questions and explained what was needed. Quick and efficient service.

First time I serviced there they put my new wipers on the wrong way.
2 weeks ago they serviced my car and never put the clips back on that keeps a cover on the body after inspecting a lower controll arm.The panel got damaged and I had to fix it myself. Lost trust in them as they can't even get the small things right.

I have a low pressure warning on a tyre. My wife sends it in and got it fix professionally. The mechanic even did a pressure check on all the tyre. Excellent service provider.
