Work completed on time even though they were short staffed and fitted in a wheel alignment that was not on the original booking. Staff were friendly and efficient.

MyCar Ballina- Excellent sevice, no fuss and trustworthy
I have used MyCar in Ballina since 2023. I can't recommend this business enough. They are consistently no fuss and transparent with the work that has been done and cost. My son had an issue with his first car and went in to see the team, they took time to look at it fir him, sorted the issue only charged him for the part because it was something simple. So good to have trustworthy people and service you can rely on.
100 percent recommend myCar in Ballina 5 Stars! Shout out to the young lady on the desk yesterday 15th December. She knew her stuff and went through tyres making recommendations and gave me the run down of pros and cons. Thank you again. -Regan

Very thankful to Ballina mycar
Staff were great I had my car booked in for tyres but had an issue with one tyre so after talking to them they got me in late afternoon a day early
Was so thankful as didn’t want to drive home worrying if it would get me there

Brilliant service all round
At this time of year getting the Ranger booked in for a full service in two days was gold. Piece of mind that the brakes were sorted towing a big van as well. Great customer service.
