If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Forget about customer care, or dispute resolution. Arana Hills QLD handed back an unroadworthy car after $2500 major service. Turns out, a piece of their equipment was left behind, costing us among other things, 2 new batteries a battery charger and auto electrician call out. yes they still maintain the service was carried out correctly and compentently and refused any portion of refund of their exhorbitant charges. Head office just do not care about customers - just on to the next and not even an apology.

The friendly and prompt service was second to none. The staff at mycar Tyre and Auto - Arana Hills are excellent. I have been servicing my two vehicles with them for the past four years and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality tyre and auto service at a great price.
