Tyre repair and then offered to fit to car

Brendan and the boys at mycar Tyre and Auto are so helpful and efficient. I have been going to them for tyre repairs and general service, and the customer service and workmanship have been flawless. Thank you guys!

Was concerned about a grinding noise when braking. Requested this be checked out - was told nothing wrong. Car is worse than ever after the service and no time was given to look into a safety concern.

Great staff with great advice. The tyre care plan has saved my bacon more times than I can count. Brendan's a legend. Love seeing the boys bring out the torque wrench when doing up lug nuts so you know they're being precise and taking care.

I had an unlucky tyre puncture in Altona. Altona mycar had me back up and running in no time. Great service, thank you.

Brendan made my experience very easy and simple, explained everything and when I had questions, was happy to answer everything. They were very efficient, I was told 2 hours for my service, but they got it all done and dusted in an hour in an amazing condition

Easy to book, friendly staff both on the phone and at the store, quick work on my car, great communication about work required, and good price

Booked in for a mid jan date and the team was able to reschedule to an earlier date which suited me even better- thanks

I won’t be using them again.
1/Altona location very poorly sign posted; location difficult to find
2/ rang the phone number and put on hold for 20 mins while I drove around the car park listening to their recorded message about ‘how my call was important to them’
3/ got through finally and asked for instructions to location and was told ‘I’m in sydney, I don’t know’
4/ finally found the location. Had a booking from 11.30 to 1pm. 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment took over 4 hrs. I sat in the waiting room for 1 of those and watched the pace (or lack thereof of work)
5/ didn’t get a wheel alignment report. Hopped onto the contact page to ask for one to be sent and got a ‘contact the branch manager’ reply. But there is nowhere online to get that information.

All in all an inefficient, underwhelming customer focused experience.

Very good to deal with...no rubbish selling anything I don't need. Efficient and great no issues.
