Very good service, friendly staffs. Thank you so much.

If I could rate more I would, the MyCar team at Alice Springs genuinely couldn't be better if they tried. As a grandson of a mechanic and spent his fair share of time underneath my old Mazda 3 (and once under my current Hilux), talking to the team felt genuine and in a way where I could see what the process and leak looked like. But the biggest experience was rotating the tyres after the service, including putting the 'spare' back to make an event set, even though they were short staffed. I will definitely be taking my car to the team again for my next service :)

Excellent experience because of the prompt and professional service. Booked in early in morning and was fitted with new tyres and alignment which allowed us to keep going on our travels. Thank you we would recommend highly!

Prompt and efficient

All of the staff that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. My vehicle was vibrating abnormally (on occasions) when it had been idling for more than ten minutes and I wanted them to investigate why. I also figured I would get the engine degreased while it was there and they made sure that I knew that this wouldn't fix the vibration (I did, I appreciated that they checked with me first so as not to do this unnecessarily).
When I dropped the vehicle off it wasn't vibrating abnormally so they couldn't investigate why however they told me to come back when it was so that they could investigate it then.
They treated me with courtesy and respect, which is more than I can say for many other mechanics I've encountered in the past and as a woman who knows more than most about engines I really appreciate not being treated like an idiot.
I have experienced this same courtesy and respect at all but one mycar centre which is why I will always take my vehicle to them whenever I can.
N.B. Although I was invited by mycar to write this review they did not offer me any kind of incentive and this review is genuinely based on my experience.
