Wheel alignment double up
The guys at the Alice Springs store (whom we have dealt with for many years), put two high-quality tyres and performed a wheel alignment on our vehicle.
They advised us that they had identified that the left /front tie rod end was seized during the wheel alignment, and that we should have it fixed by the local specialist (Pedders).
We followed up on this, and the problem was resolved by Pedders without too much fuss.
They commented that the wheel alignment would need to be redone the left side was seized previously.
I asked them to do the second wheel alignment.
When I went back to MyCar they were not helpful and refused to offer any refund of the cost of the ineffective first wheel alignment.
We will not be going back there again.
