The item I ordered as advertised was…

The item I ordered as advertised was NOT what was sent. It was a cheap knockoff from CHINA. Attempts to return and obtain a refund were futile. This is a SCAM and fraudulent business. BEWARE!!!!

I placed an order on 11/27/25 for $60.98 and have received no information, no confirmation email, no order information, no shipping or tracking information, NOTHING. I was charged for sure, but no product in sight. I think this company is a scam.

These shirts are poor quality

These shirts are poor quality. They are not true to sizing at all. They remind me of the over priced concert shirts we used to buy in the 80’s. Don’t waste your money.

Steal Money and don’t sent product

Ordered two shirts for my father-in-law’s birthday and never received them. Customer Service kept saying the carrier said it was delivered. I checked my local post office and they said they didn't have a record of it. I asked customer service to give me the carrier contact information so I could call, they then said the carrier is random, yet they were able to contact them. Ongoing for over 2 months of communication. Asked for refund and they ghosted. Do not buy from them, it’s a scam.

Terrible product quality

Terrible product quality, 2 of the 3 shirts were unwearable. Customer service was good once communication was established. Language barriers made communications clunky and awkward, but after a clear request to refund in full for the defective items in the order, it was processed quickly, and none of the defective items had to be returned.

I paid $56 for a dress I never received. Instead I received this ridicuousdress that wasn't worth 50 cents. I've asked for my money back and they keep sending me emails that my dress is on it's way. This company is a total scam do NOT give them a penny. I gave them two months to make it right before I'm posting this. They have never responded to my complaint.

Dodgy as

Took a week for them to send parcel. Then something occurs to shipment so it's returned to sender. Paid $165AUD weeks ago, no parcel, no communication. Avoid dodgy company. I'm alerting other sites that sell similar clothing so customers are aware.

I ordered a beautiful linen and cotton shirt that was advertised on the website and a deep blood red beautiful print when I got it it’s rust and it’s some kind of strange print made out of polyester just like all the other reviews. It gives you a email address service@bohooutfit and every time I send it, it comes back as an unknown address. I finally sent it in. It went through, but I haven’t heard back from them so I guess I’m out $46 for this ugly shirt that’s not even wearable!!

Same exact complaint as the other 2 complaints. The dresses are not airy or COTTON as described and colors are not vibrant and they are resisting giving me my refund and how to send back, now they want me to send back to china at my expense, i thought these were american made

3 dresses were supposed to be cotton

3 dresses were supposed to be cotton. Arrived after 1 month and all were made of a cheap polyester like material that looks and sounds just like a super cheap shower curtain. The fabric detail that makes it look like it is woven is just a print and even the print is washed out looking and out of focus, nothing like the ones on the site. There are no tags of material content, care instructions or anything other than the size.

Misleading and poor quality

The item delivered bears little resemblance to the advertised product. Supposedly cotton blend, it turns out the be a polyester sack. Definitely not the light and airy dress in the pics. They advise free returns but then advise you that postage would be too high for you to return, and off half price refund and you can dispose of the product. All negative comments are removed from their Facebook ads. Steer clear
