AVOID! Doriis sells inferior quality denim pants and have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The blue dye of the jeans BLEEDS and rubs off on everything. The FIT is even worse.
After waiting forever for delivery, their jeans are not the same as depicted on their website.
They have a BOGUS return policy. They’ll offer a $13 refund and expect you to pay expensive cost of returning jeans to their warehouse in CHINA. TOTALLY CRIMINAL.
I had to file a RESOLUTION DISPUTE with PayPal to get them to respond.

Ordered 2 pair of jeans and they arrived about a month later and they were not what I ordered and the quality was awful. I emailed I wanted to return and refund. They wanted to give me a 20% coupon for something else (like I’d order something else with the quality they sent) and I emailed that wasn’t acceptable and then they said I’d have to pay return shipping and offered 30% refund and I declined and then they sent another email offering 50% back so I did accept that..refunded immediately back..I would never order anything from this company..

Horrible!!! The package that arrived smelled so badly of chemicals I had to put it in the garage immediately. There’s no phone number or place to leave a review and then they expect you to pay to review. $80 for nothing.

This place is a rip off!! They sent me the wrong pair of jeans in January and tell me I can only return them if I pay for shipping to their country, they say for 2 months now that their return label machine is broke. They are full of crap!! They are nothing but a scam!

Total scam! I order a small and a large. Received a medium and xlarge! Returned the 2pairs of jeans in the bag they were sent in. I have been trying since January to get my refund. I filed a complaint with attorney general’s office last week.

The sizes are in correct, they are not as advertised! Quality is not good. They are not stretchy and thought the next size up would help, but it only made the legs wider not the waist. Paid $4.99 for faster shipping but it was a lie! It came in the same amount of time as the last shipment.

I’d like to know if anyone ever got a refund from this SCAM of a company. For a week now I have gone back and forth just trying to get a return address to no avail. Now they are offering me percentage of the price of the jeans. This is absurd

If I could give a zero star I would. Jeans were not as advertised, cheap and smelled funny. I also ordered a tall size and they sent me regular length. I paid for express shipping, and they took 3 weeks to get to me. I have been emailing them for the past 2 weeks for a return and refund, and they offered me 20% off!!!! I asked for a return again and they said ok, but their return label machine is under repair, so please be patient. It’s been almost a week! Do not fall for this scam of a company!

SCAM!! I wish I could give negative star rating! I went round and round with this so called company to get refunded for jeans that are Dollar General quality. The tags had been cut out of the jeans. The material was ridiculous and not even close to the size that I ordered’, yet they want to refund me 20% of what I paid. Endless amounts of emails back-and-forth which the company never did refund me. I even shipped back the jeans to them and still never received a refund. Do not buy from this company !

SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY AVOID ISSUING RETURNS SPENDING WEEKS TRYING TO GET YOU TO TAKE A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF A RETURN AND THEN WHEN DECLINED, THEY COME BACK WITH LIES ABOUT THEIR RETURN LABEL MACHINE NOT WORKING AND NEVER PRICESS THE RETURN.

SCAM!! To the highest level! They do not sell Judy Blue jeans! 3 sizes to small, 5 inches to long... emailed the company immediately after receiving. Told to order new and find new homes for the ones I received because of hassle and cost of shipping back.. I said hell no.. got some reply about 30% of but after doing the math I would still be paying out of pocket more! I have found the pictures they use are from multiple websites. Please don't even begin to give this company your time or money!!!

This company is a scam.

Absolute scam. Order 2 pair of jeans and paid for expedited delivery. They took weeks to get here and customer service said it was out of their hands once it’s been shipped. The sizing is so off so I asked for a return. They sent me an email asking if I’d accept a 30% off coupon for my next purchase as compensation. What?? No, I want my $80 back. I will never order from here again. Beware.

I received the jeans > ordered that were 2x smaller than I wear. I asked for a return. I was hounded to take less and when I stood my stance I was told because I did not request a return label at checkout I would be charged $8 for having one sent via email. They sure don't care about their client base or how to promote a reputable business. Don't be fooled, look elsewhere.

This online clothing store is a SCAM! I ordered a pair of jeans that took 6 weeks to arrive, when they did they look like a Walmart blue light special deal...super cheap material. Nothing like the photos being advertised! DO NOT buy from them! They will not give me a refund either. Giving me the run around that their "System" has been down. BS!

Slow shipping. Not at all what was pictured. Ordered a Small Long (33 inseam). Got a medium 29 inseam. No response from customer service to resolve. The color looks nothing like what was shown. The quality is poor, but I didn't have as high of an expectation there. But the hem was 5 inches from the ground when I tried them on and way too big.

Wouldn't allow me to return my order! Scammers!!

Do your homework. Had I done my homework I would have found out this company is a fraud. My jeans took a long time to arrive, then they were NOT Judy Blues as advertised. The size was wrong too. When I emailed for a return and or refund OR even exchange, they told me to keep and order another pair instead! What the heck? WORSE customer service…SCAM.
