It’s the support for me…
I’ve been working with MBM for a little while now and the support is unparalleled. I’ve always thought I knew the formula for weight loss - it’s obvious right? Fewer calories and move your body. But it never really clicked for me, I struggled with consistency, accountability and ultimately results. Turns out the formula also includes supportive coaching and a nutritional approach which is easy to stick to. I’d recommend MBM to anyone.
The best support you could have for postpartum weight loss
Louis is hugely supportive and great at motivating you to achieve your goals in a manageable way. I have struggled after having my baby to adjust to not being able to train every day and having to have more consideration about what I eat as a result of that. It's been a slow process as I get to grips with my discipline but Louis has been there every step and with his support I will get to where I want to be again. He's a confidence boost whenever you need.
Change the way you workout
Louis has helped changed the way I exercise and eat. I’ve lost almost 30lbs since we started (including a reset after I had to have shoulder surgery).
The workouts are tailor made based on your environment and he’s around to answer any questions I have with regards to diet/training/lifestyle

Re-thinking health and fitness after a baby
After having a baby 20 months ago, Louis has completely changed the way I view fitness and diet. As someone who thought they knew what had to be done to change my body (less carbs/ HIIT/ etc), the programme completely blew up that old way of thinking. I am 6 weeks in and learning a new way of approaching health and getting results. It’s clearly a system that gets long-term results and gives you back control and happiness over your body 💫

Money well Spent!
I have been working with Health Coach Louis for about 9 months and the program is fantastic! The health journey is really tricky but he is really good about understanding how your body reacts to work outs and nutrition and adjusting accordingly. He also does a good job of educating you on good nutrition while being a fantastic support system!
Don’t wait - try it!
I can’t recommend the Mybodymentor programme enough. It’s completely personalised and weekly check-in’s keep the accountability and keep you on track. Louis is incredibly knowledgeable and his positivity is inspiring. The programme is well rounded, spanning nutrition and training, and the sense of community is a big added bonus - fellow members share recipes, talk about supplements and meet for 6-weekly team events.
A clear and sustainable program
I’ve tried a few different approaches to fitness, but this has been by far the most sustainable and clearly outlined program I’ve ever done. I am in week 6 and I can see results since the first week. Like any program though, it requires consistency and discipline, but given how it adapts to your lifestyle, it makes it easier to consistently hit your targets.
Would 110% recommend
Would 110% recommend. MyBodyMentor provides the ideal solution in my opinion in terms of setting a framework to achieve your goals. Setting a body weight target, going over a meal plan, providing a detailed schedule of gym exercises, and catching up on a weekly basis. All for a fraction of the cost of a PT + Nutritionist! If you want to get serious about being the best possible version of yourself, then I would wholeheartedly recommend MyBodyMentor.
Highly Recommend Louis
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Louis for a few years now. It started by taking his classes at Barry’s in Moorgate (by far the scariest, but most effective trainer). A few years ago, I did a different program with him and remember feeling and looking the best I had since my 20s. Then Covid hit and like everyone else I put on weight. When I decided it was time to turn things around, the first person that came to mind was Louis. What I like most about his coaching style is that he doesn’t sugar coat anything. He keeps you accountable and he pushes you to do better. It makes his words of encouragement and recognition that much sweeter. Louis is very attentive and personalises all our training and diet plans. We all get a weekly 1-1 with him to discuss personal goals. There are also weekly clinics where he educates us on a topic related to health. Louis continually wants to improve his program and seeks feedback from the group. I’ve been really lucky to have been connected to his other clients who now are a safe community to share ideas with. I am stronger than I have ever felt and so much more informed about how to take care of my body.
Life changing!
Louis had quite simply transformed my body and my understanding of nutrition and physical activity. I’m now 3.5 years postpartum and I can safely say I’ve never looked better or felt healthier, more energetic or happier. If you’re hesitating, just give him a try and your future self will really thank you.

The Mybodymentor way to achieve your lifestyle goals
The best thing I did was have the initial chat with Louis last September. I've been part of the MBM programme for a few months and working with Louis has been great. He's personalised the programme entirely to suit my needs without any judgement. That was key for me... I needed a coach to lead with kindness and Louis does just that plus some discipline and laughs! I've not only become physically stronger and lost weight but my mental health has improved too. This all feels sustainable in the long run and is not about short term wins for me.
