Lily is a great and carrying coach. I loved working with her and had already great results in three months. She guides you great through every step through an accessible app and you would not have the feeling that you are training from a different country. I would definitely recommend her!

An asset to the female training community

Lily has been the most admirable coach I’ve had within the 15years I’ve been training! She listened and understood my journey to date, was flexible and adapted to the way I found my body was with food or reacted with specific exercises.
I experienced a lot of stress and anxiety throughout our time together and was always there with pep talks and a kick up the butt when we knew training would help my mental health!
An absolute asset to the female training community, thanks for everything Lily ❤️

I can’t recommend Lily enough ❤️

I can’t recommend Lily enough. I started working with her about six months postpartum when I really wasn’t feeling like myself. I reached out, and we began both 1-to-1 gym sessions and online coaching at the start of January.

Since then, I’ve already lost 7kg, have so much more energy, and feel far more confident in myself. The meal plans are flexible with plenty of options, and Lily regularly updates them, which makes everything much easier to stick to.

Our 1-to-1 sessions at the gym feel like more than just training — they’re almost like therapy. We work hard, but we also chat and connect, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable and motivating.

I can’t recommend Lily

I can’t recommend Lily, highly enough. From the start, she took the time to really understand my goals and, more importantly, my health concerns as I live with an autoimmune condition. She has been incredibly supportive and thoughtful in the way she approaches my training.
She created tailored meal plans and workout programmes that suit my body and my needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Since working with her, I’ve seen a significant change in my body, but the biggest difference has been in my energy levels and overall wellbeing.
Most importantly for me, my MS hasn’t been flaring up, and I genuinely feel stronger and fitter than I have in a long time. That alone speaks volumes about how carefully she plans and supports her clients.
On top of all that, she’s such a friendly, down-to-earth person and just genuinely lovely to work with. She makes every session feel comfortable and motivating. I’m so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my health and confidence, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and caring trainer.

I have been with Lily for eight weeks…

I have been with Lily for eight weeks now and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Meal plans are great with loads of choice, suitable workout plans with great coaching by Lily. Have seen the changes over the eight weeks and couldn’t be happier with the results, cannot wait to see what can happen over a couple of months ☺️

Best Investment of 2025

5* all the way!! Lily has been an incredible coach from day one. I was 5 months pregnant when I joined lily’s 1-1 coaching. My nutrition was not in a good place. Lily gave me an easy and nutrition plan to follow and a light fitness regime to do in my home gym if I felt I could train. This hugely helped me in my third trimester and I gave birth in July 25. Since having my baby I’ve lost 20kg, and I couldn’t have done this without Lily’s help. Anyone looking to invest in health and balance Lily is your go to PT!! X

I have been with Lily not even 3 weeks…

I have been with Lily not even 3 weeks and I’ve lost 4.8kg just by following her meal plans and home workouts. I was so nervous to even start as I really thought it wasn’t for me as I have 2 children and going to the gym doesn’t work with my routine but how wrong was I. Lily is amazing and supportive and gives the motivation and support you need. Her fitness app makes everything so easy to follow. It’s giving me more energy and better sleep not just the scale drop. I was worried I’d feel guilty as a mum to spare more time for myself but actually i feel I have more energy for them too because of what I’m eating. And to top it off my kids are fussy eaters and they too are enjoying the meals Lily has set me as I was able to choose things the whole family eat. I now believe if I can do it anyone can and the only regret I have is not starting with Lily sooner

Fitbylily is a fantastic coaching…

Fitbylily is a fantastic coaching service, and Lily is wonderful at what she does! Her personalised approach to workouts and meal plans is spot-on, especially for women. She’s supportive, motivating, and really understands how to adapt plans to individual needs. I’ve seen positive changes in my fitness and confidence, and the experience feels sustainable and enjoyable. The app is very user-friendly, and Lily’s flexibility and guidance make all the difference. Some areas could be polished for that perfect touch, but overall, I highly recommend Fitbylily to anyone starting or continuing their fitness journey! 4/5.

Experience

Love the experience, Lily is amazing, she has amazing diet plans, I have seen a difference in the first 2 weeks of being with her. When I have bad weeks she will always reassure me that it’s fine. She can be easily reached by WhatsApp or phone. Best personal trainer going. Highly highly recommend.

Lily is a brilliant coach and by far…

Lily is a brilliant coach and by far the best I have ever worked with!! She will take time to understand your goals and lifestyle in order to best support you. From nutrition to training, I am provided with an in depth plan which is very easy to follow. Lily is very accommodating and will always make amends to either plans if I want anything changed. Also, Lily is very understanding if you fall off track one week and will motivate you to get back on track!

Lily is honestly so lovely, supportive and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have her as my coach.

If you are thinking to work with Lily, I would hugely recommend her. You will truly see results.

Lily is a great PT

Lily is a great PT, she specialises in women and understands our bodies and our cycles. I suffer from endo and knee pain and Lily has given me great workouts that haven't triggered my knee pain and the diet has allowed for the toughest days of my cycle.

Lily you're awesome, the app is really good, you're so positive and flexible, and overall I would 100% recommend her.

Amazing

Have been with lily for a month now and honestly this has been the best investment I’ve ever made.

Lily is a great online coach. She is so lovely and motivating. Her meal plan is easy to follow, tasty and personalised to what you like. Her workout plan is challenging and will have you breaking a sweat.

All in all, I’ve had a great experience. I’m consistently losing weight in a way which feels sustainable and enjoyable. I feel proud of myself and feel I am building such good habits. I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge in this short time and have already started seeing changes in my body.

Highly Recommend Lily as a Fitness Coach!

I’ve only been working with Lily for a month, but the impact she’s had on my fitness journey has been incredible. Not only is she personable and makes the whole experience more enjoyable, but she also shows genuine empathy and can relate to the struggles and challenges that come with starting a fitness journey.

Lily understands that progress isn’t always linear—you’ll have your ups and downs, which I definitely have had. But through it all, she has kept me motivated and has never once judged me. As someone completely new to fitness and often uncomfortable outside of my comfort zone, I admire Lily’s ability to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

With her guidance, I’ve become more determined than ever to keep pushing forward and smashing my goals. I can’t recommend Lily enough for anyone looking to start or enhance their fitness journey—her support has truly made all the difference!

Highly recommended

I’ve followed Lilly on instagram for years & always been interested in using her as a coach! I finally took the plunge & joined her body coach program.. & I must say I couldn’t be more impressed.. I’ve had a little surprise to find out I’m actually pregnant… & thought this could be the end of my journey. After conversations with Lily I now feel I can maintain being fit & healthy throughout my pregnancy.. so I can hopefully bounce back soon after & not gain unwanted weight. Lily has an app which could not be easier to use.. she also designs you a personalised meal plan which is actually lush.. so you can’t really go wrong. She also really knows her stuff & gave me a really great workout plan that gave me motivation to enjoy the gym again.. she’s knowledgeable.. knows what she’s talking about & she is there for you 24/7.. I couldn’t recommend her more.. if you need a kick up the bum to get back in the gym or you just want to start no.. I could not recommend her more. You won’t look back! I’m excited to see what I can do with her after my pregnancy ☺️

Lily has been everything I’ve needed…

Lily has been everything I’ve needed and more!
She’s really given me the motivation I was lacking and is teaching me how to reach my goals whilst still enjoying eating out, social events etc.
Her communication is unmatched, always available to give advice from the smallest things to in depth chats.
The attention to detail in the plan is so special, Lily makes sure she tailors each food plan and workout plans to your own individual needs/likes/dislikes and is always checking in to see if I would like anything adjusted to ensure I’m still enjoying it.
Confidence in the gym was one of my biggest struggles and I’m still learning but with Lily’s advice and words of affirmation, that confidence is building quickly.

Can’t wait for the rest of my journey with Lily and the team. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Lily is so motivational with easy to follow plans

Lily is so great to work with! She keeps your motivation up whilst giving easy to follow workout and meals. I’ve never stuck to the gym for more than a week or so but with lily I have been so dedicated - training 4 days a week and feeling AMAZING. Honestly couldn’t recommend lily more.. she’s also really great especially if your a beginner and have no clue where to even start.

Baby + vegan = never thought this would work for me as well as it has!

As a new mum, I was so stuck on how to get started with an exercise routine, with so much else going on. I joined Lily’s online plan and was absolutely floored by the level of interactivity. Lily set a meal plan based on my requirements (I’m vegan but she handled that with ease!), as well as an exercise plan. Each day I’m required to input what I’ve eaten and the app automatically calculates to what extent I’ve met or exceeded my macros. I also select to say if I’ve done my workout or any other activity, and upload weekly measurements, photos and weigh ins. It’s all optional but the more you put in, the more you get out. Lily reviews this personally and gives one-to-one feedback sessions.
I then decided to have occasional in-person training sessions as I live quite close and these have been the first time I’ve actually looked forward to going to the gym! I feel stronger, look better, have more energy, and it’s been nice having someone to talk to.

I’m so glad I’ve got Lily as my coach. She listens to my goals, limitations and preferences and tailors my nutrition and exercise programs personally. She responds to any queries and checks in quickly and reliably. Lily knows her stuff and has taught me so much. I’d recommend anyone to sign up with Lily for a personalised and expert program.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with lily. She tremendously and knowledgeable and catered the workout routines specifically for my needs and goal .. within just a few weeks I had noticed major improvements in my fitness .. lily also did great job checking on me every week
