The experience on this phone was good, we will see when my car needs attention.
The person I talked to on the phone was good, answered all my questions and explained everything.. now we will see when my car needs to go to the shop. That’s the real test on the warranty, that I pay little or no out of pocket money.

I canceled my policy and was told to wait for an email I never received and now I’m getting withdrawals taken out of my account for something I clearly stated I don’t want!!!! Not happy one bit!

I am a more than a little perturbed with customer service. I never received a receipt for my initial 25 dollars, after numerous requests to get one. Haven't received my welcome aboard packet either. Am tempted to call up and cancel out.

I love the way these guys communicate compared to other companies customer service support that provide warranty insurance they talk to you like they have sense and to treat your choice like a choice not a force . The first time I had mechanical…
The first time I had mechanical problems with my car I contacted AutoGuard on how to handle the process. It was days before they got back and then when I asked my service company to send a quote they didn't respond. After weeks of waiting I told the mechanic I needed the car so they fixed it but then AUTO GUARD refused to pay any of the bill - DON USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!
I paid nearly 3,000 for nothing!!

Do not ever do business with this company. Their entire operation is built on manipulation and outright deception. Their agents are trained to feed you whatever lies will get you to stop asking questions, and the moment you hesitate, they shove you into a policy you never agreed to. They hide behind lines like “you can still cancel,” then immediately push through charges you never authorized and they even lie about the amount you’ll be billed. This isn’t confusion or a mistake. It’s predatory, unethical behavior designed to trap people and take their money. Stop trying to pull funds from me after I explicitly called to cancel immediately. I will not tolerate this kind of dishonest, high‑pressure scam.
