The vets tried to check that I was the registered owner of my puppy teddy, they been emailed back twice to say there is no registered owner, I have signed up online to see if I’m the registered owner it says the account has been successfully transferred but no one registered the breeder said she had done this for me, I have emailed them for clarity and awaiting response as the telephone number is only if you have lost/stolen dog! It should not be this difficult!

Hello,
Our website has a website microchip check enquiry section, if this was filled in then you would have received the response that you are required to register your pet.
Please note, it is the keepers responsibility to ensure their pet is registered with their details. If you have not completed this yourself then always assume this has not been completed.
If your vets have completed a microchip check twice, and we have told them the keeper is required to register their pet, then as the keeper this is what is required of you.
All new keepers are required to register their microchip. A microchip registration is completed once and lasts for the entirety of your keepership.

Awful website
Awful website , took ages , expensive and no proper or straight forward way to pay . And no microchip certificate received . Shall not use again . Terrible .

Thank you for your review.
We do receive many reviews stating our website is easy to navigate and easy to register! Please let us know what you found difficult so we can aim to improve our service for others! We do not send microchip certificates in the post, the reason being, as a database, our job is to store keeper details against the microchip and a certificate would not prove who is the current registered keeper, therefore professionals would always contact us to check a chip. This means any type of certificate sent out would be for your records. We do send email confirmation on your details for your records, ensuring we are opting towards sustainability. We do believe in bringing down our carbon footprint wherever we can, and sending paper certificates was deemed unnecessary. We do however have the option to purchase a pet photo ID for your own safekeeping if required.

We believe we are fairly priced, our fee is a one-off fee that covers your microchip registration for the lifetime of your keepership. We do not charge yearly fees, we do not charge to update your contact details, and we do not sell or share your information with any third parties.
Our MAT-TAGS are also available for extra peace of mind. Our tags are also not subject to any monthly subscriptions, just choose your term and pay upfront for just £12.00 per year or less!

Totally and utterly useless.
This company is ok when you register your animal and take your money...
They don't have any employees their 24/7 helpline is an email system and none of my emails were ever replied to or answered.
They are utterly useless when it come to assist with missing animals or changing of contact information.

We would like to begin with the fact you do not have a microchip registered with us, nobody has registered the pet chip therefore we have not received any payment. Please be aware this means your pet is at risk.
We did receive a microchip check from yourself that contained incorrect information - the microchip number provided was only 14 digits, therefore we could not perform a search. Our 24/7 emergency line is for EMERGENCIES only, for example a missing, stray or found pet. Our email service is only 24/7 for EMERGENCIES and we did not receive a missing pet report. Please note, if we had received a missing pet report, there isn't currently any registered contact details for the keeper on the microchip, so we would be unable to fulfil our duties.
We have since spoken to you over the phone and the confusion was then apparent, we would appreciate you to update your review to reflect this.

Please be aware our emails are monitored 24/7 and you are able to speak to a person if your pet goes missing via our missing pet line. During office hours, you can email us anytime and receive a response from a human.

Slit pin connector very flimsy.
Quick delivery,tag well made but the split pin connector very flimsy,Teddy lost the first one we had so I have had to buy more and take the split pins off old collars and use those as they are stronger!
