The care and attention I received during my recent cataract surgery was excellent and although the toric lenses in both eyes rotated and had to be re-set this was speedily recognised and rectified. Highly recommended.

Having had presbyond surgery just over a year ago I can thoroughly recommend the whole team from reception to the specialists, nurses and optometry team. I would highly recommend and feel the price I paid offered excellent value for my vision to be corrected so I am free of contact lenses for the first time in 35 years and what's more my vision seems to be future proofed for ageing changes and avoiding need for varifocals or glasses for near vision. As a medical doctor I would recommend the clinic whole heartedly to both friends and family and the wider world (hence this review!)

I chose My-iClinic for my SMILE laser eye surgery as they were local to me.

Great service throughout and showed passion and care.

Seen quickly at diagnosis and subsequent sessions. Procedure, options and next steps explained very well.

Actual surgery itself took about 10 minutes for both eyes, and was very smooth and professional.

From initial contact, through the various tests, consultation, operation and follow up I was made to feel welcome and valued as a customer by all the staff.
The consultant surgeon - Sancy Low - is first class. She patiently explained the fine details of the test results and the various options, drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience. She then skillfully and swiftly removed a cataract and corrected my distance and mid-range vision so I now only need glasses for very close work.

I cannot praise My-Iclinic enough from my initial consultation to pre op and my surgery.
The staff are reassuring and extremely professional in every aspect of the process.
Mrs Bola Oduwufa is a wonderful surgeon and a magician in my eyes !!!. My double cataract extraction and lens replacement has improved my eyesight 1000%.I didn’t realise how flat and dull the colours and perspective of seeing life through my eyes had become due to the cataracts.
My new world is so bright and the colours are so vivid.
It’s been so wonderful and emotional to see everything so beautifully again. It’s like seeing the world through a wonderful painting.

Following my last consultation experience (02/06/2023) at the surgery, I continued to visit My-iClinic surgery for my treatment and medication reviews till now. On all those appointments, I am to date marvelled with the state-of-the-art environment that make clients, like myself, more relaxed before treatment - reinforced by meeting the top class professionals (both the highly qualified consultants and their supporting staff).

Through the treatment I get at the surgery including the medication one receives, my eyesight is very much improved. Against this professional backdrop, my treatment has gone so well that I will retain my clientale at My-iClinic for all my eye-care needs.

As an author/writer that depends entirely on good vision for my reading and writing work, I am extremely grateful to all the consultants and supporting
staff at My-iClinic to have me regain my reading/writing potential for accomplishment of my writing dreams. To that end, I highly recommend others to register at the surgery for their eyes treatment.

My-iClinic was recommended to me by my optician because my cataracts were reaching a stage where I would soon be unable to drive and therefore needed prompt attention.

My pre-operative consultation and surgery were performed Ms Bola Odufuwa-Bolger, whose manner and professionalism were exemplary throughout. At our initial meeting, Bola conducted a thorough investigation into my lifestyle and needs to ensure I would get the best from my new lenses. It was agreed I should have monovision surgery (one eye corrected for distance, the other for close vision) as I already found this type of correction successful with contact lenses. Although it is common for surgery to be performed on both eyes at the same time, Bola suggested we should correct for distance first and near vision at a later date as I was short sighted anyway and this would allow me time to ensure I was making the correct decision.

As I am sure most people would be, I was not looking forward to the procedure but my trepidation was quickly dispelled by My-iClinic team’s calm, reassuring manner as they prepared me for surgery. The procedure itself was almost an anticlimax. Although conscious of what was being done, I felt no pain with the only slight discomfort being from the very bright light being shone into my eye. It was all over extremely quickly and I was soon back in reception enjoying coffee and biscuits.

The eye drops used to anaesthetise the eye and dilate the pupil causes ones vision to be cloudy and, coupled with the antibiotic cream and eye shield applied post operatively, my vision remained extremely blurry for the rest of the day. The next morning I got up, drew the curtains, removed the eye shield, looked out of the window and was completely blown away by the sheer clarity and brightness of my new vision, which improved further over the coming days.

Two weeks later I attended my post operative consultation and immediately booked myself in for the other eye. Two months have passed since my second surgery and I am over the moon with the overall outcome. A big thank you to all who looked after me at My-iClinic, especially Bola, who was absolutely fantastic.

My daughter have myopia and she received a wonderful care from all the team I recommend this clinic to all parents who have a child suffering from myopia now my child in a safe hands thank you Mr. Bolger and thanks to all the team 🌹🙏

Excellent!! The staff were so friendly and made me feel more relaxed about the procedure. I was petrified!!! I had no need to be...the treatment was painless, quick and easy. The nurses talked me through each stage and looked after me from start to finish. The actual clinic was clean and well organised. Of course Fadi Alkherdahji, my surgeon performed the most important part...I am now typing this without glasses 24 hours later. I am so happy!! Thank you!!

The care taken by all the clinic staff to ensure that I was comfortable, kept informed of what was being done to my eye and made to feel relaxed during the pre op tests was of an extremely high standard

The surgeon was thorough, in the initial meeting, in explaining the problems and procedure that she would use to remove my cataracts.

The result - my eyesight in the eye operated on has been restored

Having had successful cataract treatment , I also came back a year later for laser treatment. All treatment was brilliant and professionally done . Very happy.

Fantastic results. I was so impressed by all the staff and the extensive pre and post op test and scans which has resulted in 20:20 vision. My surgeon made the double cataract operation as easy a process as possible with re-assurance at all steps. Highly, highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic team, highly recommended! I was extremely nervous about my LASIK surgery but the girls looked after me and put me at ease, everything from the consultation to surgery to the follow ups checks was a smooth process, phone calls and emails answered quickly, clinic easy to find, free parking onsite, clinic and equipment all very clean, thank you ladies x

My-iClinic was recommended by my optometrist. Both eyes were done quickly, painlessly and by a friendly team and one of two expert eye surgeons. Mr Bolger inspires confidence. I think I've had mine done early before the cataracts developed too much, which I recommend. The clarity is wonderful. Don't wait for your vision to get worse.

I am a absolutely terrified of anybody going near my eyes, it took a lot of courage to go ahead with treatment. During treatment the nurses and everybody concerned made great efforts to give me confidence. The staff were very friendly and thorough in their approach with attention to detail at every stage. I could have had the treatment in Cyprus at a much lower cost - but finally decided that My-iClinic from reports I had read and comments made to me was the best option. All the time remember you only have one set of eyes - and I have always felt it is your most important sense
