We got scammed saw the link on goofiness

Scammers. I placed my order in April.
In June I sent them an email, to which they replied with another 2 month wait.
Now emails bounce, they don't reply on Facebook or Instagram. They just launched a new website with no contact info. I don't believe they are Muslims, and if they are, I am sure that they are worse than hypocrites. I really ask God to punish them in this life and in the hereafter. May you burn in he'll!

Scammers. Do not order from them please. May Allah's curse be upon them. Never received the product and never received my $127 back.

I ordered the Kaaba and Masjid an-Nabawi sets on December 27, 2023. Followed up twice and just got excuses. In June 2024 I finally asked for a refund, to which they agreed. Today, September 27th, 2024, I sent another email to ask about the refund, and their email address no longer works. How are you going to scam your fellow Muslims? Shameful at best.

I have ordered in june and till now nothing delivered.
emails were previously left unanswered and now no email is being delivered.

Waardeloos en schandalig! Totale oplichterij, je bestelt en betaalt, maar je krijgt er niets voor terug. Het email adres klopt ook niet meer. Toen ik ze had gecontacteerd kwamen ze met een verhaal dat ze ermee bezig zijn bla bla bla. Denk aub eens diep na voordat je je bedrijf zo'n naam geeft!

I ordered two sets in January 2024 but haven't received anything. I contacted them many times and each time they come up with a new execuse and recently they are not even replying. Today I tried reaching out again but the email bounces back with an error message that the email address is either wrong or does not exist. Complete scam.

Surly you are giving one oft he most worst Service I ever had, ist Shamefull that you call your Company Muslim Block. Really thing about that.

Its geeting now all most more then 5 Months and you and your team coudnt deliver my Order.
Why are you doing this to Customers, who try to Support you?

Inschallah the Money that i spend for you, isnt surly Halal for you. You are feeding Haram to your self and to your Employers and family.

I originally order these in December 2023. I order the kaba set the masjid Nabwi set and the AlAqsa set. There was communication via email to inform of the delays. They mentioned their factory being flooded then the delay was because a supplier not working with them because they supported the Palestinian cause. I was patiently waiting because I wanted the products. Then in Ramadan I received the two sets but not the alaqsa set. I emailed and have had no response. Checked on insta and messaged no reply. Very disappointed with the service and lack of honesty. They did offer the refund originally but I was willing to wait. As their Instagram posts looked genuine. It’s a shame they have not been honest with their customers. Businesses do face issues and it can be challenging in the market place for a new company however scamming people in the name of Islamic education for children is a disgrace. Such a shame!

Would give zero stars if I could. Total scam. kept saying order delays and now the "contact us" email is decommissioned. Shameful to be so sketchy when trying to teach about Islam. a disgraceful company

Scammers, same story as all the others.

I ordered on 29 april 2024. On 24th may 2024 i sent an email. They sent an email back on 27th may 2024 apologizing for the delay and tell me to have patience. The 20th of july 2024 i sent an email again. This time no answer. Visited their site .... doesnt exsist anymore.

Ordered Muslim blocks for my kids in April for a Eid present they took the money and Never sent me the blocks. Scam!!! I was so patient because it is a Muslim company and now I’m trying to get the money back from my bank by disputing the charges.

I placed an order in November last year. It was supposed to be shipped within 14 days.
A month later, nothing. So I sent an email, and they came up with excuses, saying that because of the free Palestine movement and how they supported it, their partner factory decided not to work with them, so they had to find a new one.
I waited, waited, and exchanged emails back and forth to see if there was any update.
Our last interaction was on July 1st this year, and they told me, “ We are just a few people behind this, and we are doing our best to manage the high volume of orders .”
Today, I sent them another email. Guess what? Their email address isn’t working anymore.
This is beyond frustrating, and they should not sell anything related to Islam. They do not deserve to do business in the name of religion.
The fact they are still taking orders is sickening.

Same story as the rest of the reviews. Purchased in Jan 2024, kept being patient with the hopes I’d get my item before zilhajj as that is what I wanted my children to do together- build blocks of the mecca and medina mosques, received the sob story about them running behind and to be patient, never received my item, several emails sent in July and Aug asking for a refund to which there is no response. What a shame..

Placed an order in Feb 2024 but haven't received it yet and they have stopped replying to emails. Seems like a scam

It's a scam. Buyer Beware! Never received the item. First I got a sob story of how they were running behind, but then they never responded to my refund request. Did a little google search and turns out they've done this to others.

Never got my order. It’s been 9 months…

I feel so betrayed. I ordered blocks for my son but never received the order. Someone please report to the police. They are betraying Muslim parents. I doubt I will get a refund

I ordered this November 2023 and got an update email stating they would commence shipping operations from the 1st of March 2024 and 3 month ago on the 14th of May 2024 I was told that you were shipping orders from November 2023.

They haven’t responded to my last email. I have been patient, wanting to support a Muslim owned company but the fact that they don’t even acknowledge or respond to emails is a major red flag. I have requested a refund but don’t hold much hope
