would like to give zero stars but can't. as many others have said, you will not get your order, you won't even get any confirmation. I placed my order in August 2023 and got excuses about production. STupidly, bleiving they were honest Muslims, I allowed the time laps but although the email bounces back, "info@..." does not work the new website has a contact email- "orders@..." works, but there has been no response despite several emails. STAY AWAY from this company!

Not received. No reply. Scam!!
Excuses in the name of non profit.

They never shipped the order after initially making excuses about supply issues. When it came to providing a reading they have gone completely quiet and will not respond to emails. They use the name of Islam and then scam you.

Placed an order over a year ago and still haven’t gotten it. No updates and no response.

Update: One year later and no order or response to my emails/ dms. But they are activite on Instagram, advertising their service. Please do not waste your money.

I placed an order in March 2024. My family had ordered from here before and not had any issues, so it seemed like a legit company. Also seemed to be for a good cause. Absolutely devastated that they can call themselves Muslim Blocks and treat their customers with so little respect.

Unfortunately, I never received the product. I emailed and asked for an updated eta on 26th May. They DID respond, apologising for the delay due to "we are now shipping orders before yours. If it’s shipped you will receive the tracking number .



We are doing everything within our capacity to ensure that you will receive your order promptly Insha’Allah but it may take more than a month to receive it as there is more than 3000 orders before yours.We began shipping orders for November last week.

I left it until August until I asked for another update- my email bounced back, checked their website, that was also down.

On the 14th September, 2024, I saw on their Instagram that they'd had their website and accounts taken down. I sent a DM and asked for a refund or update.

9th October, I DM again and asked for a response

Today I have emailed and DM to ask for refund. Will be contacting the bank tomorrow

I ordered a product for $45 and never received it. The customer service was impossible to contact. After almost a year of back-and-forth with my bank, I finally got my money back. To make things worse, they randomly charged me again after six months. I would not recommend this company.”

I ordered two sets in January 2024 but haven't received anything. I contacted them many times and each time they come up with a new execuse and recently they are not even replying. Today I tried reaching out again but the email bounces back with an error message that the email address is either wrong or does not exist. Complete scam.

I wish I checked and read reviews on Trustpilot before I placed my order.
I placed my order in May 2024, but I haven't received anything.

I checked a couple of months ago and their website was down. But now, it's working and new orders can be placed which means more "victims"!

It's very sad that they're using religion to deceive and scam...

I really wish I could do something other than just leaving a review to warn everyone. Or even better, involve authorities to take their business down and bring them to justice.

Below is a bit of detail of my issue with them.
A week after I placed my order, they responded with the same excuse some people have mentioned in their reviews which I'm quoting below.
"we are facing challenges with our manufacturing process. The manufacturers have chosen not to produce our Muslim products, preferring to work with larger brands like Lego. This has left us with limited options, and the one manufacturer we've partnered with is experiencing delays, which in turn has affected our ability to fulfill orders on time.

We started to receive the stock, and we will soon begin preparing for shipping."

Nothing was shipped/received more than 6 months after.

What I don't understand is how they manage to sell these in stores if you can't buy any units. I bought the Kaaba in a store and so thought buying online would be fine. I bought the blue mosque, an expensive set too but online and...never received it, heard excuses that made out they were Muslims and very sorry but needed to get a new contract with a factory to produce it, then no email or website and no refund opportunity. Will be contacting my bank about it it's been so many months. Allah swt will deal with them no doubt.
