I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. The dress was advertised as ready to ship when I placed my order, which is exactly why I bought it. However, it was not shipped until two weeks later.

I also paid extra for a matching pouch and scarf, and neither of those items were included in my package. On top of the shipping delay and missing items, the quality of the dress itself was extremely disappointing. The material felt cheap, and the embroidery was poorly done.

Overall, I feel misled by the listing and very dissatisfied with both the service and the product quality.

It was amazing to have received a video of the dress, with measurements for approval prior to it being sent. The dress arrived within the time I was advised. I am very happy with the fit and quality.
