Have paid for a rebounder and also paid the import tax £60 but have not received the goods yet and the tax was settled 3-4 weeks past.
DHL say they cannot launch an investigation without Munin instigating it
We have tried to contact them for 8 working days now by email and by phone and had no response, the phone cuts off immediately on a couple of numbers

Contact Munin Sport by mail to let them know that the NET broke after 4 months of use. The equipment was installed by me as indicated in the instruction manual. They only stated that the NET is not included in the guarantee. It doesn't seem fair to me since it is expensive equipment and I had a high expectation with them. It is not a question of money, it is that they did not even evaluate the cause for which the NET was broken.

I bought a replacement net that broke after about a week. Emailed their customer service representative, after evaluating the pictures that I sent them, they sent me a new net and it arrived Within a week. Excellent customer service and they stand by their products. Would buy from them again.

I was looking for a rebounder after my son used several $100+ rebounders that did not last very long. Stumbled across the M Station talent. Watched many reviews on YouTube. Liked the concept of the build meaning “built to withstand the elements outside”. Purchased the M Station Talent. Easy assembly. Rebounder definitely exceeded my expectations. I can see this lasting for years to come. Good investment!

This is awesome. My 6 and 12 year old kids are having so much fun with this. Big up for excellent service from munin sports.

We bought the M-Station Talent Soccer Rebounder. We r happy with the design, my son commented the rebound effects felt like he was playing with his soccer friend. The phone app is helpful with quite a lot of incredible training lessons. We felt the setup was easy, We did encounters a few technical challenges and communicated with Simon. Simon is professional and truly helpful. He was able to diagnosed the problem easily and sent us replacements right away. Thank you Simon for your prompt responses.

Overall, the rebounder meets our expectations and more. It allows us to able
to simulate in-game situations with the different inclinations. The phone app is useful. We chose the training lessons to work on. It guides you in detail how to setup the rebounder and placement of cones etc on the ground to have a successful training lessons. I definitely recommend this product for any soccer player.

Due to the COVID restrictions in Michigan, our daughters club cannot practice in person. Fortunately, we were provided the Techne app to use in the mean time. That, partnered with the Munin rebounder, has provided our daughter with hours of training that she previously would have done against the wall. The rebounder provides more real life situations and challenges her and she has grown her skills already. Thank you for making a great product to keep her skills on point during the pandemic. The Munin rebounder is a tool she will continue to use throughout her soccer career. It’s not cheap, but is an amazing investment. Think of it as that! Thank you!

Quality Product and Customer Focused - Munin delivers quality products worthy of the cost. They also show (as in my case) that they care about their customers' satisfaction. My wife had submitted a support-related email during the holidays. Simon responded directly and worked with us to ensure our questions were resolved. It's not every day you come across a company that puts equal focus on selling a great product and post-sale satisfaction. I recommend Munin for each and both of these reasons

So many different things you can do with it. We use it for both soccer and basketball. Very strong and sturdy yet still easy to move around. Well worth the price tag!

Whoa!!!! Our boys' first words when they first used the Munin rebounder. Their surprise was due to the sharpness and speed at which the soccer ball was returned to them. The Munin helps with the touch and control needed to be successful.

I love it! It only took a few days to be delivered to my home. I've only had it a month but it seems durable and weather resistant. Very fun and challenging. I play with my 7 year old son and he loves it too. Lots of ways to use it. They were very responsive to all my questions (I think I emailed about 3 times). I feel very confident that I will be able to use this for years to come.

My rebounder is great. Built well and my son is going to benefit from training with it.

1. Customer service at Munin Sports has been TOP NOTCH! We had a few minor issues with our trainer and Simon took care of them all quickly and easily!

2. The trainer itself is awesome! My son is a U13 player and has improved immensely since we got the trainer. He loves going outside to juggle or pass against the trainer
