One of the worst expieriences. Both an subscription for a friend for a year (4 issues). 2 issues arrived - nor without problems. And now they sent issue nr.3 and chartged me for it. Customers service is not replying to messages and emails for 3 weeks now.
I ordered the Issue 32 magazine (Boca cover) back in April and was sent the wrong issue.. I've been to see Boca play so keen to get this particular copy. I've raised the problem multiple times and I am still being sent the wrong issue. I now currently have 5 copies of issue 33. They say it's a problem with the distribution centre but how hard is it to pick the correct magazine and send it?!?! Shame because its a good read but the magazines come through sporadically when you subscribe and if there is an issue with the order, it can't be sorted.
When ordering this magazine from outside Great Britain please be aware that import-taxes are exceptionally high. That is not mentioned on their website. I ended up paying more than 50 £ for a single issue of the magazine due to transport and tax.
The answer to doom scrolling and low quality, ad congested digital content. Great magazine with beautiful design an original reporting. The perfect companion for a cup of coffee on a rainy Sunday morning. Getting one magazine per quarter makes it feel special every time. For football lovers it's like Christmas four times per year.
I subscribed in mid-October 2023 knowing that the magazine would not arrive in a few days but after 2 months and about ten emails without replies asking where the order was, I would say that I do not recommend purchasing it, at least from Italy
