I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown & feeling stressed & overwhelmed I found Mum's with debt on Facebook & decided to take a look I was embarrassed & nervous so I started the conversation on messenger with Lucy & she made me feel at ease straight away no judgement at all. I spoke with Shaun the following day & he was amazing he walked & talked me though every single step & anything I didn't understand he explained to me.
