I cannot recommend Mums with Debt highly enough.
When I first reached out, I was in thousands of pounds worth of debt and felt incredibly embarrassed and ashamed that I was struggling. I found it so difficult to talk about my situation, which is why having the option to reach out via WhatsApp made such a huge difference to me. I could take my time, explain things in my own way and ask questions without the pressure of having to speak to someone straight away.
I spoke with Shaun, and he was simply incredible from the very beginning. He was reassuring, patient, kind and incredibly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and never once made me feel pressured or judged.
Everything was explained in detail and in a way that I could actually understand. Shaun took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what was happening at every stage. I never felt rushed into making a decision, and I always felt that I had the information I needed to make the right choice for me and my family.
When you're struggling with debt, it can feel incredibly overwhelming and isolating. Reaching out to Mums with Debt was one of the best things I could have done.
I'm so grateful to Shaun for his patience, reassurance and support. He made what felt like an impossible situation feel manageable, and I will always be grateful that I took that first step and reached out.

It’s a very difficult talking about your debt but Shaun was amazing non judgmental and made the process run smoothly taking a weight off my shoulders.

I was really made to feel at ease, no question was ever too silly, response was very quick. Debt is a major worry and anxiety, and now I feel like a major weight has been lifted. I was beginning to think I was running out of options

I was dealing with debt left from a messy break up as a single mother of 5, couldn’t see any way out until I came across mums with debt on Facebook. I can’t emphasise enough how amazing these people are. I have never been in this position before and have been worrying, stressing and panicking myself to the point of not sleeping, eating or socialising properly. I’ve never felt so embarrassed about my situation in all my life until I talked to Callum from Moms with debt. Callum and his colleagues who I’ve spoken to have never once made me feel I’m a bad person or a nuisance. They don’t judge you and treat you with respect and kindness. They are helping me to put my life back together and I’ll be eternally grateful for their support.
