What a great experience, from the owner personally coming out to give a quote, to the support from the office staff, to George coming and doing a fantastic installation!! The best part is after having continued poor service from British Gas, to leave them and get fantastic service, thanks so much - highly highly recommend!!

George did an excellent job of installing our new boiler, replacing the previous one, also from Mulgas 17 years ago. Easy decision to stay with Mulgas.
George was also very helpful with moving some of the pipework and moving the filter position from below to above the boiler to give more space below.
He also did a very good job power-flushing the radiators and then balancing the radiator temperatures.
Subsequently there was also excellent and very quick service by Julie in obtaining confirmation of guarantee registration from Worcester Bosch.
I strongly recommend Mulgas as a very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful company.

Giles fixed the problem!! One radiator within my whole CH system mysteriously wasn’t heating - but it was probably the most vital one, being next to where I sit in the evenings. A new pump and non-return valve seem to have done the trick as diagnosed on the initial visit. An appointment was fixed up speedily (more so had I not been going away on the first date offered) and the radiator is definitely nice and hot now. Polite and friendly service- no complaints. Thank you Giles for making my warm knee rug redundant!

The heating had gone off suddenly. The building was freezing. I called and Kayleigh did all she could to arrange help at short notice. Steve came out in the morning after a cancellation was early and got the job done. Heating back, no problems. A-Star service.

As a result of an external pipe leak, we had to get a hot water cylinder and overhead tank changed. All was fine till the hot water cylinder was changed and the pressure dropped in our top floor bathroom. When we requested the company to fix the pressure at no additional/reduced cost to us as it had resulted post work, they accused us by saying that the problem could have existed before the work began and they insinuated that we may be lying when clearly the problem was caused after they started work. Such rubbish work ethics and customer service! The only good thing was at least the on ground engineers were polite, cannot say about the management.

Excellent work by Antonio replacing a bath tap, which was a tricky job. Love this company - great customer service and excellent, efficient work. Highly recommend.

When we first moved to our house there were serious problems with the heating systems, particularly regarding underfloor heating. We had 3 companies give us quotes for work, 2 of which recommended completely tearing out and reinstalling the systems. Mulgas identified the issue and fixed the existing installation with minimal disruption. They have subsequently helped us replace or repair thermostats, pumps and expansions vessels, and are always responsive. Recently they were able to replace our boiler within a week of the initial callout, minimising disruption to our tenant. Great people, great work!

Mulgas are so efficient and professional! I'm so impressed with them.

They sent me an email to remind me that my boiler was due for a service; I booked an appointment for them to come and service it; their engineer turned up promptly on the day and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, pleasant and efficient.

Excellent, honest service. After keeping my boiler going for over 6 years past the end of it’s expected “life” the engineer explained that with more parts wearing out that maybe we should replace it with a new one. Whilst a lot upfront over even 2 years this will be cheaper than another breakdown and replacement part. Service great too - squeezed it in in middle of the summer hols.

This is a great company. Their engineers are professional, highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very clean workers. I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending them, both for routine maintenance but also emergencies - they saved the day for us when our heating broke down last Christmas Eve. Special praise for Antonio who is a real professional.

I have used Mulgas for 10 years. The telephone team are excellent and very helpful. The engineers always arrive on time and are always polite and efficient. The work is excellent. I would also recommend them for plumbing. An excellent company and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I moved into a Woking flat in 2021 with a pressurised hot water cylinder. When looking for someone to undertake the annual service I was recommended Mulgas and they did not disappoint. I have had an excellent experience every time. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable engineers and the customer service is truly excellent. I appreciated being reminded of my need to book my annual service and the staff were very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend.

Mulgas has serviced our boiler for many years and recently installed an outdoor hot tap which we are very pleased with. All the engineers are very professional and pleasant, particularly Giles. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company!

Always helpful and very responsive. They answer quickly with great suggestions and always put the customer first I had an annual service today. Came when they said they would, worked quickly but thoroughly and carefully too. Changed batteries for me in the thermostat Thank you Mulgas. You always come up trumps.

A timely quote was provided, and, even better, a very timely replacement for my gas combi boiler at a competitive rate was provided. The installer did a fantastic job, and all waste was removed. I will use Mulgas for future gas safety checks in addition to a yearly service. Everything went as expected. I'd be happy to recommend them.
