The after sales service was outstanding. I rang with the problem and they offered good advice and provided a rapid fairly priced service. I would have no difficulty in recommending them and would certainly not go to any other plumber for a boiler problem or installation

Kez came to change my old boiler. He was very prompt and helpful. I am 80 yrs old and was dreading this. He was very supportive . I would recommend this company to everyone.

The engineers came today to service my 20-year-old boiler. They were very thorough and professional. Showed the inside of the boiler, which was leaking, burnt, and rusty, and told me not to use it for health reasons. They booked an appointment to put in a new boiler. I agreed, and they are coming the next working day. Very happy with the outcome.

The company responded to my problem with my toilet cistern within 3 hours. The two plumbers came fully prepared with the correct parts for the repair following my email with a couple of photos. The job was completed within the hour. The new parts included a mechanical flush mechanism which is far superior to the part it replaced. Tanny was clearly good at his job and overcame the difficulties presented by a reluctant old cistern with confidence. I have turned to Basi gas on many occasions over the years and have always received first class service at a fair price.

What I got was a mop head not fit to wear or dust with and I paid 79 dollars there are offering 30 dollars

We had this company BASI fit and install central heating, The two guys Ethan and Bob did a brilliant job what a team these two were, never stopped working from starting their day to finishing, they cleaned up well every day before they left,

Well Done again! Used Basi 24 years ago for 1st time central heating install. they were exceptional then too. called up kully the boss man. Came same day & quoted cheaper then all online quotes booked in. installer Kez came to install new boiler as old was past its sell by date. Ontime explained all got on with it did a top job. Cleaned up after completion explained all ins & outs. Would defo recommend give them a try 100% you will like what you hear & see.

We've been using Basi for our central heating since we moved in to our house. They installed new radiators and both our boilers over the years. Service is always good, communication is great and very reasonably priced too.

Basi came to quote the removal of my old Baxi solo heat only boiler still working but spares becoming scarce been in faithful pretty much trouble free service for over 25 years
They sent the quote to do the job with anew Baxi 600 heat only unit not the cheapest but felt they would be a better choice and I must again compliment the installation team on a excellent job done to a very high standard which you don’t see to often nowadays

Had new boiler fitted and could not be happier. Price was extremely competitive, engineer kept me informed during the fitting, gave a demonstration after completion of works. Would highly recommend to anybody needing a new boiler.

I improved my skiing immensely and I learnt so much, from teaching professionally to knowing why we do certain drills. I also really enjoyed the course and had a lot of fun.
