Thought I would give the dna fitness muhdo a try to see if it would give me any insight to how best to train and diet and what supplements best suited my genetics, it’s great worth every penny found out the way I train it just right for me and helped me to improve my diet to what suit my body.

Thanks for looking deeper and providing information that no one els could ever do for me.
Amazing and interesting to have and know all there aspects off myself. Now to try and live according my manual.

This is a great product and I am learning so much about my health.

After struggling to lose and maintain a healthy weight the DNA results were able to pinpoint areas that I needed to focus on. I had been eating the wrong foods. Following the advice I am eating better sleeping better and have so much more energy. I would definitely recommend MUHDO to everyone who wants to improve their health both physically and mentally

Muhdo has shown me so much info about me I didn't even know. I will now be able to Make sure I can add the right vitamins and minerals into my diet, also its shown me some of my genes and what my body is good in and bad at I can now change my training up to take advantage of that.
The only thing I found was its such a mass of info it's a little overwhelming.
The price for the basic kit is very reasonable and I'm now saving for the full one.

Muhdo has really helped me understand and tweak training & Diet with more than enough amazing info on everything on the inside of your body!! They have a great team & great support would defo recommend them

As far as support goes, Muhdo's response to my questions were incredibly quick and helpful. My reason for choosing to have my DNA tested was not only to get healthy but to lose weight which I put on very easily and have been looking for help in for a while. I thought it a fantastic idea to analyse the whole of me and possible causes and areas to look. I was very excited that there was going to be an eating plan and work out plan tailored to my genetics. Unfortunately I was very disappointed on these fronts. The eating plan provided are not simple foods you'd keep in your house. They're complicated meals that will take a lot of time (and money) to prepare. My suggestion would be to change this to a calorie counter or an app that would allow substitutions among meals such as the Samsung fitness app does - Where is the chicken and veg, eggs, fruit - basic, non-fancy, every day foods? The recipes look great but I feel that the meal plan is unrealistic for every day use. The exercise plan is not very user friendly. I'm very familiar with the exercises they show - I used to fight competitively. But for someone who isn't familiar in the gym or doesn't know what "To Max" means, these are not user friendly. There also seems to be a glitch in that different exercises had the same descriptions and video. There are also recommendations of different time periods with no explanation of how they fit in your work out plan and the exercises provided does not cover the full period of required exercise. I am really happy as far as the results are concerned, the information provided and the way the information is presented, but as far as the actual diet and exercise plan goes, I think a lot more can be done.

Would give 10 stars if possible, everything is perfect. The delivery time was fast and without problems even during these times.
The app layout is very good and you understand it very easily.
The app also gives recommendations and other good things like recipes, supplements and training that suits you personally.
The support is incredibly fast, most times they respond within a few minutes even if it's in the evening. They help you with everything related to the test, for example they helped me figure out what type of MSTN gene I had. They replied within minutes. They also explain things further if you don't understand. 10/10.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful customer team and the app is great. The DNA results are incredible, has given me a wealth of information, far more than I thought I would get. Already putting some of the recommendations into action too, I'd recommend Muhdo to everyone.

I sent my sample away and got my results back a few weeks later. I am very impressed with the results. They identified some deficiencies with my vitamin intake and issues to look out for. The report detail explained how my diet affects me physically, mentally and my performance with excercise and muscle gain. I will use these results to adapt my diet and my approach to certain excercises. The report is well laid out and easy to follow. I have already purchased another kit for a friend. I would definitely recommend this product

I used the Muhdo kit a few weeks ago and it blew me away, the in depth results I got back from my test was incredible and helped me changed certain parts of my diet and training to improve. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

I live in the states so it took awhile to get the whole process done but it was extremely beneficial to do it. A bunch of stuff I had a good idea about but the amount of details and how specific the test was gave me something to take away from the stuff I already assumed about myself from experience. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family every time I bring it up and show them some of the things I discovered that really helped me focus on what I should be to start taking better care of my body inside and out. The customer service reps were amazing too, very understanding and went above and beyond what most companies are willing to do for their customers. Thank you again and I look forward to the future of tests like these!

Great customer service. Quick and efficient to do and get the results back. Very impressed with how detailed and the range of dna profile that was sent back. Would highly recommend!

After hearing some great things about the test I decided to go for it

From making the purchase, to the ease of doing the test and then the easy to navigate app the investment was well worth it.

I was unsure about a couple of things so reached out and they responded almost immediately with more information.

I would 100% recommend!

I bought 2 of the Muhdo's expensive DNA kits (one for me and one for my other half) in early May 2020. One kit arrived a number of weeks later and the second took until mid July (only after contacting Muhdo a number of times). Once the second kit arrived (mid July) it was registered and completed and posted to Muhdo. Now its almost 4 weeks later (mid Aug) and still nothing not even a confirmation of receipt, no test results nothing. Shockingly poor service and very expensive for nothing in return.
I'm still hoping to get my test results someday before the year is done.
In response to Muhdo’s reply, I completed the kit registration as instructed when the kit arrived and I have the response registration confirmation email from Muhdo dated 11 July to prove that I did in fact complete everything as required. Stop making excuses for bad service Muhdo and admit to your mistakes😡

Genetic results came quickly but Epigenetic results will take about another 4 weeks. Genetic results are so general as to be of little use but hopefully epigenetic results will be more interesting.

What I love about Muhdo is the explanation of each section, the persons results and then what to do to tweak it. I have been able to create the most optimal training for myself alongside with the nutrition plan to maximise results

I am very impressed with the Muhdo app. Its incredible what information I have been given to help better my health, sleep, eyesight, skin, ect. I have had bloating and stomach pains for quite sometime. My results suggest I could be gluten intolerant. Now I've seen this suggestion I'm going to cut gluten to see if it helps. Also I'm low in selenium, vitamin B2 and vitamin D. I will now eat more foods to help, but also change the vitamin D supplement that I have been taking from October to March as it obviously isn't helping (its a cheap one from Holland & Barratt). I also want to thank Wez for all his help, he is great at helping me with info and any questions I have.
