A very comprehensive and well structured report that is easy to follow is provided and the App is a handy reference. I had some follow up requests and the aftercare and customer service is second to none - well deserving of the 5 stars

My DNA Health profile from Muhdo struck a chord for accuracy, confirming conditions known to run in my family, and highlighted some I wasn’t aware of before. With this new information I can now start to offset these revelations by altering my lifestyle. Details included which foods would benefit me more, and which vitamins I was predisposed to be short on - very useful! I recommend this company and it’s analysis. Great communication from Jan in Customer Relations too, so helpful!

Top level support and guidance for my ACL operation. James Brown at Muhdo came highly recommended to help with the nutrition ahead of surgery. The consultation was straightforward which comes down to a wealth of knowledge and experience. I received a personalised nutrition plan which was simple to follow and any queries I had were quickly resolved. This has had such a positive effect in my preparation, recovery, healing and rehabilitation. I highly recommend James’s down to earth approach and guidance to help with the injuries or illness’s that we may come up against.

Recently tried out their testing kits as I was intrigued. It was simple to use and I received my results within a few weeks. It’s really helped me to plan what I eat and lead a healthier lifestyle

Love the product and love the service. I use the Muhdo product line in my business and have been blown away by the the quality of the customer service I continually receive and the speed in which Muhdo follows up on any of my client enquiries. The results are easy to analyse in an app that has been incredibly well thought out in regards to being user friendly. This is an incredible tracking tool, facilitated by a team of people who actually care!

This was a good thing that I had opted for and thanks to Tenzin Choeden from Bangalore , India for explaining me everything in detail which was very helpful.
A few recommendations that they should follow is that inform the customer when the sample is sent.
The lab should further again inform the customer that the sample has been received by email or app.
As this will help us customers instead of worrying.
Cancer insight should also be included as it’s a major health concern.
Jan Mullock was very prompt in getting back and replying to my queries .
Overall I am happy with the services so far as it’s quite an impressive report with great health insights also awaiting my epic genetic report which takes a longer time.

Fantastic - really simple, got my results in a couple of weeks. Loads of easy to follow tips and help for my diet.

so I received the kits and they when we did we opened them and they both said the activation code does not work..
I called Jan and she stated she could send another kit out, I declined my husband said we will get it done privately as to much stress with my mother whom im currently nursing my dieing mother at the end of life stage and I have sent several emails asking asking if she has recied and she has not once replied
I called her and she seeks to be quite abrupt and kept repeating she will try and locate I. The wearhouse, and after this she will refund me ny moneys
I got upset listening to her say the process would take a further 7 days.meaning she has had my money for weeks .

She's rude and did not like me asking for a refund

Now I have used online testing for several things and each company as NEVER TAKEN THE MONEY TILL THE TEST KIT HAS BEEN SENT BACK FOR THE TEST TO BE COMPLETED.
THIS COMPANY TAKE THE MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY.

I HAVE REPIRTED THIS TO PAYPAL AND NOW SHE WANTS TO DISPUTE £110 FOR WHAT ..THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE TO THE TEST KIT ..ITS A BOX WITH A PLASTIC BOTTLE AND BAG IN IT .

Please avoid these if you don't want to have to go through what I have.
Not ONCE DID SHE SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND THE FACT I SAID MY MOTHER IS DIEING I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO BE CHASING WHAT IS MINE.

I wrote a pretty sucky review a few years ago for muhdo because of delays, etc. I always meant to write another review after I'd retried a year or two later.

Safe to say the experience was vastly different to the first time. Sample kit arrived quickly, got processed in the expected time and results made available promptly.

There were a few app bugs and a separate issue that all got sorted by the helpful customer services team. So now I've no qualms recommending them.

Hi, I needed to send out a sample ~
When I was on Muhdo’s site I was being directed to the International site which was not going to work for me since I live in New Jersey ~
I was so frustrated and sent an email and within a short period of time, on a Saturday no less, Richard responded to me and gave me the appropriate information so I could send in the sample and he also explained the entire process that would take place as well until I receive my results~

I was totally blown away by the courteous and prompt response by Jan Mullock, the customer relations manager at Muhdo. There was a problem with my email address and it took several calls to Jan to get things straightened out before I was able to access the results from my health and biological ageing report. It is one of those rare times in life now that a company responds so graciously to a customer. Kudos to Jan...I wish she was a team member in my company. And as for my Muhdo health report...it was nice to hear that my biological age is 5 years younger than my actual age. So cool. Thank you Jan and thank you Muhdo.

Took a long time for the results to come through but we expected this from reading previous comments - Have to say the data provided is extremely thorough and very interesting.
Customer support is outstanding - thank you Jan for all of your help and assistance - so refreshing to have someone respond promptly politely and effectively

Excellent customer service!

I had a problem collecting a sample and Jan Mullock was extremely helpful. Will definitely use Mudho again.

Really great value and service. I got the one for around 150GBP. i got told of my biological age among other things (this comes with the high end product).
additionally, the health information is very rich and detailed, for example it provides a breakdown of all sorts,
gut health
brain
eye
diet
physical etc

it let's you know what sort of items (not sure of the correct term), i.e. protein carbohydrates etc - how they react to your DNA/ body etc if you have a good or bad reaction to coffee - they are a few dozen or more examples of this kind of data.

i particularly like the vitamin recommendations, i.e. you could benefit from getting more zina, vitamin D etc (and loads of vitamins and supplements i had never heard of before).

and another reason why i went to all the effort to write a review. Their customer service is great and response time very fast, My first test didn't work out (likely because i was hungover) and they informed me about it and sent me another test for free and quickly (because i work out of country, it would be 7 months until i could do it, and of course not an issue).

i would suggest they provide a self addressed envelope for easier returns.

I would like to take this opportunity to evaluate the customer service. I am very satisfied with the response time, the solutions and the service as a whole, especially I would like to refer to Jan Mullock. Great Job.

So I previously wrote a review on 18 Feb 22. Muhdo only replied to my review 18 Mar 22 and gave me 2 days to reply. They took 30 days to reply to my review but I was given 2 days….. I missed the timeline and now I cannot reply anylonger and as I understand, I can now be flagged as an unreliable source…. Needless to say their app is still not working and Muhdo has not replied to my e-mails either. They did however took the time to reply on this very Public platform, just not the private e-mail.

This company have the worst customer care ever. They work with partners for sales and push their lack of responce to them. They do not deliver the service as promised. I have been waiting more then 2 month after my order and still no product. This might be a scam company. Please NOT use them.
