I have given 1 star as I have not received the mug I ordered. Looking at the tracking info Evri have not even received the mug to deliver .
I have emailed Muggby and awaiting a response.

Extremely helpful customer service
I ordered myself and my best friend matching mugs for her birthday.
Unfortunately the courier messed me about claiming they were unable to deliver my order despite never having issues for others delivering to me and noted they were returning my item.
I contacted Muggby and got the best and most helpful service I could have ever asked for!! They assisted in finding out exactly what was going on with the courier and as they had it as being returned to sender, a replacement was sent swiftly and arrived a couple of days later.
Overall I’m extremely pleased with the helpful service and was worth the wait for a beautiful gift for my friends birthday ☺️ Highly recommended to all my family and friends for sure

My niece loved the mug.
Delivery wasn't the fastest, however the product was lovely and my niece loved it. It was the only site like this that had the exact colour of her huskies.

The mug was smaller than expected. Even before it came I was being hassled to write a review. The delivery time seemed quite slow.

Ordered a mug for my daughter's friend which arrived quickly and looks great. The quality of the mug and printing is very high. I also had to contact Muggby as I coudn't find a confirmation email - turns out I'd used a different email address but they were very quick and helpful responding to my email.
