Excellent structure - theory and practical. Great facilitation and accessible learning.

I recently purchased a Mindray C2 defib for our company from you as you came highly recommend and I can now see why. I am really impressed with the quality of the product, the price was very competitive and as an added bonus we were given some lovely additional extras for free, thank you. The customer service has been exceptional from start to finish. I am so impressed with the quality and service I have received and I am now in the process of buying another for home due to living in a rural setting and the ambulance waiting times as they are. Highly recommended. Thank you.

What can I say .. spoke to MTS about purchasing a defib kit from them. The staff were extremely knowledgable ,talked me through the various kits and pointed me in the direction of the Mindray C2 AED . Not only that it came with £650 worth of free accessories!. Delivery was super quick as was the customer/ after sales service. Thank you Jess for keeping me informed about my order.

I did an EALS course here. The facilities were fantastic and the faculty was very knowledgeable with a wide range of clinical expertise and experiences. Free parking, easy to get to. More importantly a supportive learning environment where egos were left at the door. Made to feel so welcome.

I attended a FREC 3 course and was amazed with the quality of the delivery and instruction given. Harrison my instructor was off the scale with his teaching ability, patients and knowledge of the subjects being taught. Jesica who deals with the admin side was as equally helpful, knowledgable and approachable. I can’t thank them enough.

I have started my FREC 3 with MTS and intend to continue on through to the next stage. The training was fantastic, Harrison has brilliant clinical knowledge and shares it in a way that you don’t realise how much you’re learning! The building and parking are a bonus and Jess was quick to communicate and deal with any issues I had with finding time to book on to a course! Thanks MTS!!

The simulations or practical aspect was good. Built my confidence on ILS. My take away was that always use the Basics; ABCDE. You’ll never go wrong with that.

Pre joining communications were very concise and Jessica was very helpful in terms of providing assistance in terms of support.

The course outline was relevant to me and my work. The facilitators were as well experienced and had the skillset in the field and had the ability to impart knowledge to those attending the training. The class setting was exceptionally great and appropriate for the course. The equipment at the facility was good. I have attended similar training in the past but I can confidently attest this was the best I ever attended.

An amazing experience. I thought it would be daunting but I greatly enjoyed the day. The person training makes a huge difference. The instructor explained everything in great detail, made the course easy to understand with relatable examples, and kept the entire day so engaging you couldn't help but want to learn more.
I will be booking ALS in the future without a doubt.
