Fast response - and easy peezy!
Fast response, really friendly and the process was so easy - 100% online but I also really liked the fact they had an office/store with actual people in it if I needed to, and local as well.

The whole process was so easy
The whole process was so easy, fast and stress-free. My requirements were a little out of the ordinary, but it was great talking through things with Will, who was just brilliant to deal with. Couldn't have asked for more and would certainly recommend to others.
