The team at Mrs Muscle Cleaning showed up on time, the quote i was given for the end of lease clean was higher than expected but honestly well worth the effort the team put in! They were very transparent about the work that was to be done and i couldn't be any more happier with the work they had done! Definitely recommending the company for any end of lease cleaning!

We were moving out of a rental with a fussy landlord so knew that I needed the best! The reviews Jayne and her team have speak for themselves. Her before and after work photos are incredible. I am also a fussy detailed cleaner and Jayne and her team exceeded my expectations! From the very start when booking, Jayne communicated with me all the way through to the end when I let her know that we received our full bond back. Our agent and landlord were very impressed with the state of the property at handover. I would love Jayne and her team at my house every week ;-)

After leasing a place for 20 months during a knock down re-build, I had all the intention on doing the end of lease clean myself, however following the move the last thing I wanted to do was clean the rental. I placed an initial enquiry on the Mrs Muscles web site 1 week prior to handing in my keys. I was promptly contacted by Jayne with a quote. I admit I had been shopping around, and Mrs Muscles was slightly higher than other companies but the quote was honest and upfront with no hidden costs. I knew exactly what I was up for. Jayne was so personable that I could enstrust the clean with her crew. A day prior to handing in the keys the clean took place...I was not disappointed!!
The lovely team at Mrs Muscles did an amazing job. We were the first tenants of this property and was brand new, and this clean was better than how we found it as a new property. We are so lucky to have found this amazing business, they not only do an amazing job but are also great people to deal with!! Don't look any further!

I was incredibly overwhelmed by a cleaning job, and was quite anxious about the process of letting anyone let alone strangers in my room, but Jayne and her amazing team helped reassure me that it would all be okay. On the day, the team were on time and incredibly helpful and nice, I went out for the day and came home, to find they were nearly done. The results are amazing and I feel so much better now. Can’t recommend the company and the team enough. Bonus that it was cheaper that I thought it would be. 10/10.

We purchased a property, a rather large home. The vendor left it dirty, smelling of dogs, it was just YUK.
So what was meant to be a happy moment for our family was certainly not.

Jayne and her team at Mrs Muscle Cleaning recently completed clearing and cleaning a property for our family that was in a bad state of hoarding and squalor.
For the family to complete this would have been an overwhelming and difficult task, due to the enormous amount of items and rubbish at the property but Jayne and her wonderful team achieved what we thought was unachievable in just a few days!
Rooms that were once dirty, cluttered with items and rubbish, are now empty, bright and clean.
Gardens that were overgrown and resembled a jungle, are now neat and tidy thanks also to Luke and his team.
Jayne was understanding, compassionate and there was no judgement of the situation. The team were thorough and Jayne was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and provided us with daily photo updates of the property.
We highly recommend Jayne and the team at Mrs Muscle Cleaning for any job. The work they completed was to a high standard and they definitely made an overwhelming, emotional task so much easier for our family.

Jayne and her team did the most amazing job for us. Our new property had been "cleaned" prior to Mrs Muscle arriving and the difference between the two cleans were chalk and cheese. They cleaned to my ocd standards and made the house look, feel and smell hygienically clean. We also had an exit clean on our old property and they magically (hard work) made an the house look like new again. Absolute godsend during an otherwise stressful moving time. Could not reccomend highly enough.

Our experience using Mrs Muscle Cleaning was superb right from start to finish. Jayne was so easy to deal with and helped me with all my questions, her communication was excellent. It is well worth the money spent as the team do a fantastic job - you won’t be disappointed. I did consider going in for a cheaper cleaner but so glad that I went with Mrs Muscle cleaning instead. They were super efficient and able to fit me in last minute! the place looked amazing - even better than when i moved in. they even got off marks I couldn’t clean myself!

We are selling our 1970s home and arranged a deep clean pre sale with Mrs Muscle. The planning and organisation prior to the service was clear and professional. From the moment the team arrived they were focused and thorough. Each team member knew what was required but also checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied. Our home has lovely 70s tiles throughout and they asked what type of product we preferred to ensure the tiles were not damaged. This level of care and attention to detail was appreciated. We were very happy with the clean and our home is sparkling! I would highly recommend this service.

It was a seamless and very smooth experience to get my house cleaned by Mrs Muscle cleaning. The booking and confirmation process was thorough as well - they are a bunch of professionals and next time I need house cleaning done, they are definitely someone I’ll have in mind. From the initial response, to the communication throughout, the prompt arrival of the team, the excellent standard of clean and then the follow up, these guys are the best!!

After having bad experiences before with end of lease cleaners, I was really nervous to use anyone, but these guys made the experience positive and stress free.

Bond was returned in full and even my agent was impressed, thanks team!!

Terms and conditions were also the best and most informative I’ve ever read and helped a lot to make the appt smooth flowing!

The team was great. Kept me involved and informed through the whole clean. I was part of the process the entire time.

We booked a post renovation clean following a reputable recommendation. After the clean, the unit was found to still be unclean in areas which were described as being included in the cleaning process. Contacted the company and they came back immediately to re-clean. This was followed by a rude response from the owner of the business to say that it was again complete. I inspected once again and found areas that still needed cleaning, which I rectified myself. For a premium priced service, I would not recommend this business. When asked that we review this business, we politely declined as we did not wish to publish our negative experience. This was followed by a rude and offensive text by the owner. This was not only disappointing but unprofessional. A less than desirable, upsetting experience.

Mrs Muscle Cleaning services are true angels on earth! We had last minute notice to vacate a rental as the landlords were moving back in and Mrs Muscle quite literally saved the day! Kind, quick to respond and extremely professional. They really care about your needs and provide an above and beyond clean! I couldn’t recognise the house! Thank you Mrs Muscle Cleaning!

In tough circumstances I contacted Jayne who was companionate understanding and very accomodating of our situation. She went above and beyond to have her team come in at short notice to help us completely clear a room that was in a very bad state . A combination of hoarding rubbish and gross.. there was no judgment the team just got on with getting it sorted. Saving boxes they thought may have treasures and keeping the communication flowing
