This sites very different i love the fact u got games rather than just buying tickets , I do find its hard to get a decent win mainly lower amounts than you're bet or same as bet , how ever u have to remember it still is a raffle site not a slot or game site so u do get more wins than a normal raffle site buying tickets.

Contact is a issue ive contacted via email about different things over past month or so and u dont get replies , contact is a issue it states u get a reply with in 24 hours but in my experience 3 different times for 3 different things ive never actually had a reply

I have won the daily 100 twice. 1st time I ended up spending it as when I went to cash out I noticed u have to send a lot of things off I did that but I thought it would take ages to approve (it took 24 hours so not bad atall) was abit like yeah okay never had to do that before yes id and details to send payments that's normal but a pic of me with my id, bank statement, id again, I can't remember if it was more was a lot more than u ever had to send to raffle sites.

Payouts the longest payout on a raffle site ive experienced is 24 hours ive took out 80 (all my id and stuff is already approved by this point it was approved about a week prior) but here it says up to 7 working days that is extremely long no online gambling sites (bingo slots or raffles) take this long most are instant or with in the hour and some take up to 24 hours but unusually much quicker.

I did a survey and got £5 free and did recommend they show how many of each prize is left and ive noticed that's updated wich is good as before u could see prizes but u didn't know how many was available etc.
I think if the payment length is updated to faster payments , or even instant ones where u can link youre bank as a lot of sites do now then then this could be one of my favourite ones and most recomened IF YOU LIKE TO.PLAY THE GAMES INSTESD OF JUST BUYING TICKETS much more fun element.
Also the contact needs to be more persistent and be able to actually speak with someone if there's a issue or if u have questions contact is a key thing.

My payout has been pending since 2/07/26, its now the 5th I will update this to let people know roughly how long withdrawals are taking currently.

If the issues raised are corrected i could easily give a 5*

Update 8/7/26 ; after sending emails again asking for updates on withdrawal made on the 2nd. I had a reply the first time on the 6th just saying it will be soon. But so far no payment has been received i have played a fair bit but feel put of i absolutely love the games as stated before but I dont feel I could continue to put money into it. To have to wait so long for a payment to be received and having to chase it up I belive 24-48 hours is acceptable when instant payment isnt available but from withdrawl on 2nd and still no sign of it on the 8th is abit much, and the fact u have no idea when you'll receive it.

I really like Mr Raffle and I have won the daily raffle of £100 a few times and I have withdrawn the money and it has gone into my bank account within 5 working days. I have also won money on the games which I have received. Hoping to be lucky enough to win the weekly or monthly draw but we will see. I can only speak from my experience but they seem professional and trustworthy. I have emailed a few times with queries and concerns and have received prompt answers.

Looks like a scam, no live Facebook draws for their weekly or monthly jackpot draws. Whilst website claims they're protected winners identities with initials, how comes all initials for names and surnames in double identical letters, example AA, EE, DD. It's a bit more than suss. As most peoples name and surname first initials differ. No live draws, no reviews from big prize winners not on here, not on Facebook, no winners pictures. Nothing. That and the previous prize winners experience. If it was demo play as the website claims, then players wallet credits wouldn't have been going down. Ponzi scheme at best. They're not gambling act regulated. There's no proof or transparency how are winners drawn for their jackpot prizes. Whilst you can see live strip of real time winners initials running, you can't see in each particular raffle what big instant prizes have been already claimed and by who. Funny enough the live strip of real time winners of small prizes have realistic names, unlike the winners list for daily, weekly or monthly jackpot winners, where all names are suspiciously duplicate double letter initials such as AA, DD, EE on repeat Which doesn't look like real initials, as surname and name initials match rarely. No announcement of any car or cash prize instant wins and as u already pointed out, it doesn't show how many of big prizes for each raffle have already dropped and how many remaining either. I'll eat my hat if it's not a con. But if it's run like a con, looks like a con, it most probably is a con. They're not even telling you what kind of random draw system they're using to draw jackpot prizes. Do your own conclusions n there are sites that are a lot more trustworthy and transparent with verifiable winners our there, and this is not one of them. You cannot even see ticket numbers in your account. Just amount of entries. Utter smoke and mirrors show. I think trading standards and action fraud needs to be alerted. Especially previous reviewer had problems claiming smaller prizes, so chances they're going to pay out big prizes or big cash sums are next to zero

I had a lot of fun playing on this site and won £100 cash with a £5 deposit. Received payout quickly and spend it on a nice dinner. Thanks MrRaffle!

Im a bit concerned about this website. When I won prizes (£250 and a Dyson absoloute cordless worth £750) the game said it was in demo mode so I didnt get the prizes. I absolutely played with real money and saw my balance drop. It allowed me to win small prizes like 10p up to £2.50 etc

I've contacted the company to ask for an investigation and will update this review or remove it if they pay me my prizes. If they dont I will go to the gambling commission

Its a sad because I could have become a good customer as I enjoyed playing

I provided them with my account details five days ago and also emailed them about 7 days ago. There is no responce, this makes me think there was something wrong.

Its been along time and they didnt look into this or reply, that appauling customer service. Beware dont play

Never seen a raffle done like this before, you actually get to play a quick game rather than just buying a ticket and waiting around. Genuinely fun, refreshing change from the usual sites. Hooked already.
