There are significant costs involved in operating a competition business beyond simply purchasing the prize. These include payment processing, staffing, marketing, technology and website infrastructure, compliance, administration, winner fulfilment and the day-to-day costs of running the business. The difference between the value of a prize and the total potential ticket sales therefore isn’t a reflection of profit.
We’re also completely transparent about the number of entries available for each competition before anyone chooses to enter, so customers can see the odds and decide whether a competition is right for them.

Just got App-Can’t easily see at a glance…
On App Can’t easily see at a glance which comps have got tickets for & how many bought. Also, can’t easily tell when looking at past orders or tickets bought list (which takes several clicks to discover!)- especially for repeated comps or prizes as they are not shown with a comp number or draw date!!??When click on a comp in the App It doesn’t even flag up if already have tckts & how many for a comp which at least helpfully happens on the web page/browser. How about upgrading both web page with a single click “My entries” tab where you could quickly see all your current live entries & past drawn comp tckts too? I find this very useful on other comp sites.

The current app is being removed, and an improved version will be introduced at a later date. In the meantime, you can already view your live tickets on our website by signing into your account and selecting “Tickets”.
