Brilliant service.
Quick and thorough answer to my query to check colour of item. Parcel arrived really quickly after my order. The item was exactly as described and beautifully packaged so as to arrive perfect.
It was so nice to have such a good experience with this company especially as my order was only for 1 smallish item.

From order to delivery4 days, ordered on a Friday and delivered on Tuesday. Beautifully packaged and secure, and so pleased that I remembered there was someone who sold oddments of China and then finding that they had 1 plate left (like we had broken) from a tea set my mother gave me.
