On the 5th March i ordered kimchee for £30.24 and this amount was taken out of my account under the name of ''Mr Kimchi''. On the 5th April i get a package of kimchi which i did not order and £24.34 was taken out of my account under the name of ''Yoon Global Ltd''. I phoned the contact number and a girl answered but poor english led me to becoming frustrated because she wanted my order number but how can i give an order number if i never ordered it in the first place!!!! She put the phone down on me so i had to contact my bank, and change my card. These people have tried it on with me 2 years ago by sending me invoices 2 months after i had already paid them. This is the last time i will ever use them. Please check your bank accounts!!!!!!!!!!!
Have just had a phone call from 'she' who does not speak good english and she dared to say that they cannot take money out of my account because they don't have my card but she forgot that i had to give my card details when i bought in March, so she lied once again. And then she laughed in my face and said ''have a good day''. These people don't give a damn what you think of their non existing service.....they only want your money.

Quickly delivered! Delicious!

We never received our order. I had ordered the food for my husband's 40th birthday. When it had not arrived and I checked the shipping it stated it was undeliverable. So we ended up with a takeaway which wasn't a very special way to celebrate.

I emailed the company and they got back to me after two days to say the delivery company could not deliver it as it was damaged. I was given the refund but obviously it was disappointing that we never recieved the food.

Great taste of kimchi just like how it is in Korea. Delivery was smooth. Would continue my monthly subscription :)

This was my third order with Mr Kimchi and it didn't go well. DPD lost it but it took a lot of chasing via their chat service to get them to admit it. It was then left to me to contact Mr Kimchi to request a replacement.
Mr Kimchi's customer service wasn't as keen as I thought they should have been and the contact telephone number on their website was a complete waste of time. After ringing for about a minute it stated 'Forwarding the call' and started to ring again. No-one actually answered that but I was asked to leave a message. I did so and am still awaiting that call.
The replacement Kimchi is here but I have to say that I'm hesitant to start a subscription after this experience.
