The cleaning team they sent missed the…
The cleaning team they sent missed the handover deadline. One of them was professional and one of them was cleaning for the first time in their life. When my verwaltung came to check, multiple things were dirty and they left chemical stains in the balcony tiles. I had to stay with them to clean again everything they didn't clean until late that day. Also I was left responsible by my verwaltung for the apartment keys.
Even though they admitted to have left chemical stains in the balcony, they later denied any responsibility. And they didn't clean the bathroom completely. Handover guarantees are fake.

Super Reinigungsservice
Frau Mirjeta von IS Facility Service GmbH hat die Wohnungsreinigung prompt organisiert und konnte diese termingerecht durchführen. Sie und ihre Kollegin haben die Wohnung so perfekt gereinigt, dass der Liegenschaftsverwalter meinte, die Wohnung sehe ja beinahe besser aus, als bei der Erstübergabe an uns. Wir sind deshalb rundum zufrieden und können das Team von IS Facility Service GmbH nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Keine Empfehlung
Reinigungsunternehmen war trotz Vertrag nicht an der Abnahme dabei. Es wurde zudem nicht sauber geputzt. Reinigungsunternehmen hat nicht nachgeputzt sondern am Schluss ich selber. Habe daraufhin wie mit meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung besprochen eine Preisminderung per Mail sowie mit eingeschriebenem Brief verschickt. Der eingeschriebene Brief wurde vom Reinigungsunternehmen nie abgeholt. Zu guter Letzt habe ich von Movu eine 1. Mahnung (inkl. Mahngebühren und Zinsen) erhalten, dass ich nie was bezahlt hätte. Ich war die ganze Zeit mit dem Kundendienst von Movu in Kontakt und bin sehr enttäuscht....Ich empfehle dieses Unternehmen niemanden.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience with MOVU
I booked my recent move through MOVU, based on their recommendation of the moving company ANTS as their most trustworthy partner. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a nightmare, and neither MOVU nor ANTS have responded to my formal complaint.
Despite early warning signs, including a last-minute request to change the moving date, I trusted MOVU’s recommendation. However, on the moving day, ANTS demanded an unexpected CHF 400 surcharge to move a heavy marble table—something I had clearly communicated in advance sending pictures via email and calling them about it beforehand. When I refused to pay in cash, they finally issued an invoice but handled the table with zero care, resulting in significant damage. To add insult to injury, they offered only a CHF 200 discount on the surcharge, leaving me with a damaged table and a CHF 200 fee.
The movers also broke the lift in my new building by overloading it, ignoring clear weight limits, and now I’m facing potential repair costs from the building manager. Additionally, several boxes marked “FRAGILE” were mishandled, and I’m still assessing the extent of the damage.
Despite MOVU's initial eagerness to secure my booking, they have been completely silent since I raised these issues. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using MOVU or ANTS for your move.

Fantastic super responsive and helpful service
I couldn’t recommend this service any more. I found this move particularly stressful and the company were very quick, responsive and accommodating to help meet the needs I had. They went out of their way to call me and keep me informed and really helped in the organisation of a cleaner. Thank you very much!

Useless company and never recommend to my enemies.
I booked a moving company through them, after I noticed that the floor was scratched, contacted them about the issue, never replied to me for three weeks, until I contacted them.
They are dealing with companies with bad attitude and no customer care.
Be aware of them, they charge me for services that didn’t get, lost almost CHF 600. No floor protection, no disposal,, and no packing boxes used except less than 5 boxes.
Not recommended at all, they’re cheap for a reason, and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I contacted Movu to complain, but they were useless and never reply back to me after nearly three weeks.
