Movinglife UK Recensioni

The Moving Life sales office based at the High Legh Garden Centre had a good selection of mobility scooters and Lucinda was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble so we much appreciated her help with our many questions and allowing my wife to try the different aids. Unlike others we had already seen , the scooters were very well built and ideal for travelling so we are very pleased with our purchase.

Very quick easy process, no pressure sales just great information

Always solve problems quickly. Very good service

Drew was so helpful, made sure I knew all about the scooter before he left. It will definitely make a difference to my life out and about in style.

We were welcomed with a drink on arrival and it was a warm welcome. Graeme switched on the TV and asked us to shout if we needed anything! It took a liitle longer than expected but we were happy to wait and look at all the accessories that fitted my scooter. Graeme then explained everything he had done so I could understand. It was a very pleasant experience.

Best customer service, also the after service gets 5 stars, very happy with my Atto scooter.

I recently got a Movinglife phone holder and rucksack, and both products have genuinely improved my day‑to‑day use of my ATTO scooter.

The phone holder is sturdy, secure, and perfectly positioned. It keeps my phone stable even on uneven ground, making navigation and quick access to apps effortless. The build quality feels premium, and it attaches firmly without wobble or fiddling.

The rucksack is equally impressive. It’s well‑designed, spacious, and clearly made with ATTO users in mind. The compartments are practical and thoughtfully laid out, with enough room for daily essentials while still keeping everything organised. The materials feel durable, and it sits comfortably whether mounted on the scooter or carried as a backpack.

Overall, both items are high‑quality, reliable accessories that make travelling with the ATTO more convenient. Delivery was smooth, packaging was solid, and the products exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for any ATTO owner looking to upgrade their setup.

Lucinda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the chair we chose. We had a thorough test drive in advance of making the decision to buy, we are very pleased with the product and the whole experience was very easy and enjoyable, thanks.

Excellent communication and speedy delivery. The Atto Sport was speedily returned after service and repair, well packaged and in good condition

Excelent service. The spare part I ordered arrived promptly and I was given excellent instructions detailing how to replace the old broken part.
I was very happy with the service I received.

Alexandra and Graham were a fantastic couple who came to my home to demonstrate the atto scooter. They were very helpful and there was no pressure to buy one. There was also no rushng. I had plenty of time, to see how to use it etc. I now have a brilliant scooter from moving life, which will make a huge difference to my circumstances. I couldn't of asked for a nicer couple, thanks so much for your time and patience. Kind regards to you both.

Fantastic service customer service next to none brilliant helpful brilliant thanks

Very well made, solidly built scooter that goes as well as it looks. Ultra compact when folded just the job when travelling. Literally takes seconds to assemble.

The young lady (L) in the High Legh store was extremely helpful and considerate of our needs, at no time were we put under any pressure to buy ..
She assisted with demonstrations and questions of the selected scooters.
She was thorough and knowledgeable of the same

Although we took a considerable amount of her time she stayed professional and very patient.

I would sincerely recommend a visit if you are looking for a portable scooter

Having spent some considerable time researching your Company and the scooter I wanted to purchase, it was a delight to meet Alexandra and Graham who patiently demonstrated said product.
Thank you and Luke for the professional way you have handled my purchase.

Very Help full, good customer service,

This is a review for Steve following our Demo and purchase of a Atto Mobility Scooter yesterday. After watching a demo on online, the actual demo was even more impressive. Steve was very informative and patient with all our questions. No hard sell, the decision to purchase was an easy one, the product sells itself and will make travelling so much easier. After he left we charged up to battery and are now good to go for our fitst outing this weekend. Thank you Steve.

Quick and efficient service. The only problem was that the initial demonstration was given by an able bodied person rather than one with mobility difficulties.
