I waited for at least 2 months for my products and when they arrived, 1 out of 3 was missing. I have sent COUNTLESS emails over a month only to receive an auto generated “we’re so busy, we’ll get back to you soon” message every time. At this point, I don’t even want the item I was most excited for, I just want my money back. I work hard for it. And conveniently their Instagram comments are turned off which is another red flag.

Deserve no stars and criminal fraud charges. Orders placed Feb 2021 and it is now July 2021. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and patience during Covid global drama . But after about 8 weeks, I started to worry. I’ve ordered from places all over the globe during Covid and have never been blatantly disregarded, neglected and flat out disrespected as I have with this company. I have sent over 15 emails. Trying to use links from every web page associated to the business… Insta, Facebook, Website of original purchase and “contact us” I have received generic zen desk emails back. Not even a person. My emails slowly turned from understanding to appalled. I deserve one of three things: tracking information proving shipment, full refund, or the damn product I wanted to begin with. I have receive zilch. Pretty much only thing I’ve gotten was the bird as these asshats drove off into the sunset with my trust and money. And I see hundreds of the same . Report them . Report them everywhere. Screenshot the orders from the site and bank statement … send them to your bank and get your money back. Then head over to the BBB and do the right thing. Filing is tedious, but worth every second spent. If that provides another not being used and scammed, I’d fill out one daily. Please do not risk this. Im not a bot. All those above me in this review, they aren’t either. Do not give this company the privilege of your business. They deserve absolutely nothing from you.

2 months and no product
I placed an order in April 2021 and still have not received my merchandise or communication informing me when I should expect it. I’ve followed up with the company, but per usual there is no customer service number listed. They claim to have live chat, but I’m unable to access that anywhere and they keep delaying by responding by email that they have tons of inquiries and to be patient... meanwhile I’ve been patient for months and just want a refund at this point. I’ll never order from them again. I strongly not recommend not to purchase any items from this place. Dissatisfying customer service.

I spent $59 and placed my order in March and my order still says it hasn’t shipped! And no one will tell me why or refund me. WE NEED TO REPORT THEM TO INSTAGRAM AS A SCAM and other social media’s so they stop advertising and get kicked off. as well as REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered in February 2021. It is now almost July 2021. There is only an email to contact them and you will get an automated responses.

SCAM AND FRAUD company. Ordered on March 11th. Sent 8 Emails. Machine answer or just useless response.

This is a scam. Ordered April 3rd, today is june 23rd. They haven’t even shipped it yet. When I try to e-mail them, I get the same auto-answer that they are experiencing high volumes. Twice they answered with another auto-answer saying I could request a refund by replying with my order number (which they already had in the e-mail they sent me), and the when I did this I got the first auto-answer again. They will never actually reply, and they will never send my package, and never refund me.
Spend your money elsewhere, this is not worth a shot!

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!! I ORDERED THIS IN THE BEGINNING OF MAY AND IT IS ALREADY THE MIDDLE OF JUNE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR A REFUND OF $58.94!!!! I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND NO RESPONSE I AM BEYOND PISSED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

The order was made in April arrived in June, while it arrived I asked for a refund cos all their clothes are in AliExpress, and it was ridiculous the time they were taking.. they refused and send it whenever they wanted to..when I opened I thought it was a joke, wrote it in a comment on their IG page and got blocked.
So sad.. and seems like it’s happening to loads of people but the delete the comments

Purchased 2.4.2021. Still order not been shipped. I have emailed them twice asking where is my order and received generic email saying they are busy and thanks for patience and understanding. I am not patient or understanding now!! Not sure why they would assume this. I want to know when I will receive my order! Or else I will cancel.

This site is a SCAM!! please report this website. I'm filling a complaint with the BBB.

Terrible, so sad how we are trusting and we get scammed.. I just lost money I couldn’t afford to lose and it’s such a shame. If you are aware of how to PRESS them and report them for what they are doing please do as I have no clue...

SCAM.. they take your money and don't send items and wow these fake positive reviews are terrible 😂 I tried leaving comments on Instagram and they removed all of them, they dont respond to messages, they send a generic auto response to emails ..
Do not buy anything from here .

This site is absolute BS! Tbh their clothes selection is totally cute and I was excited when I ordered and they were very punctual at addressing my issues right at first cause I forgot to use my code. So I just assumed to bad reviews were bc of covid, at the beginning, but no! Just like all the other reviews they take your money, will answer the first few messages with the basic BS ass responses about how covid restrictions and your order was shipped already, but never give you a tracking number, and then they stop responding all together. There’s also no number to call and contact anybody. Just a horrible experience, like I just want to be ready for hot girl summer , instead I’m channeling my inner “Karen” and going to just report them to the better business bureau and maybe they can get back with them in a timely manner!

I placed my first order with MOVI on 1/18/2021 and it still has not shipped over 4 months later. Every time I reach out in regards to my order, I receive the most generic email that fails to provide me with any updates. I would honestly never recommend this company to anyone based on how terrible the customer service is.

Literally scam artists! You only have to look at the private ‘covered’ posts on their FB webpage. So many disappointed customers, not receiving their purchases! Lame 😒 I’m one of them... 10wks and nothing!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
