I’m delighted with Mova a brand I researched after my Shark robot died after 4 months. Easy to set-up excellent value for money & smart cleaning a fantastic feature. It’s great watching the robot doing the job he clearly enjoys, one less chore for me!

As a blind customer, I rely on accessible communication to deal with customer service, but Mova UK has made this impossible. They simply do not answer their phones; I recently waited on hold for 42 minutes without ever getting through.

Because I could not reach them by phone, I had to ask a neighbour to help me write an email explaining a fault with the front wiper blade on my M50 Ultra. In that email, I explicitly requested a reasonable adjustment for someone to call me back.

It has now been nearly two weeks, and I have had absolutely no response.

By ignoring my request for a phone call, Mova UK is in direct contravention of the Equality Act 2010 regarding reasonable adjustments for disabled customers. Furthermore, by completely ignoring my report of a faulty product, they are failing to uphold my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shocking lack of support and accessibility. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I’ve been looking at all the different vac & mop options on the market for a long time. I decided to go with the Mova v50 because it’s software with its customisable options, suction performance, mopping performance, and also the accessories pack which came with it. It seems to have all to benefits of the most expensive options on the market at a reasonable price point.

Honestly can say that it’s a game changer. If you are currently thinking is it worth it?! I can confirm it’s definitely is. The laminate flooring is always clean, the carpets look fantastic.

The setup is so easy, just a little advice you do need to fully charge it before its first use. So it’s worth setting g it up and leaving over night before running the setup wizard.

I would 100% recommend this, you will definitely be asking yourself why you didn’t do it sooner!

Bough the Mova 50, insane value for money, you instantly fall in love with this smart robot.

I was impressed right from the start by incredibly speedy delivery - it was meant to be 3-5 days, delivered next day! The product arrived professionally packaged, perfectly matching the high standards you would expect from a premium brand. It comes with a fantastic variety of attachments, all beautifully organized inside a stylish, leather-like storage box.
In terms of performance, this styler actually works better than my Dyson, which unfortunately broke down on me multiple times. I had some trouble figuring out the hair essence bit but the customer service team was super helpful! The absolute winner for me is the flyaway attachment—it works like magic for someone who struggles with lots of 'baby hair'! I highly recommend this product.

After months of research I finally purchased the MOVA Z60 Roller and can honestly say it's a fantastic machine. The cleaning performance is excellent, with powerful suction, great mopping results, and impressive navigation. It handles everyday dirt, dust, and pet hair with ease, leaving floors looking spotless with no effort on my part!

I should mention that the first unit I received was unfortunately faulty. However, MOVA UK really impressed me. Their customer service team was extremely responsive and they very quickly arranged the collection of the faulty machine and sent out a brand-new replacement without any hassle.

The new replacement unit has been flawless, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's made keeping the house clean much easier and has exceeded my expectations. While it's never ideal to receive a faulty product initially, the way MOVA handled the situation gave me a lot of confidence in the company.

Overall, a great machine backed by excellent customer support. I would happily recommend the MOVA Z60 Roller to anyone looking for a high-quality robot vacuum and mop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great product and easy ordering process, I love my robot hoover, I was quite sceptical at first if it would do what it’s meant to and I’m absolutely amazed, my floors are spotless, it’s the best purchase I’ve made in a long time and great price too as on promotion with £150 off, I’ve just ordered another for my Son. Delivery was on time which is quite rare for us living in the Channel Islands.
