Order rear paw booties for my dog on the recommendation of his vet and his physio, after spinal surgery. They were delivered very quickly and have enabled him to do long walks on hard surfaces again. To my surprise, he makes no attempt to get them off, so they must be comfortable too. Thoroughly recommended.

A true test of a company's customer service is what happens when you ask them to honour their warranty. I had purchased two Mountain Dog hands-free leashes over four years ago. They survived everything life threw at them, from being chewed to being dragged along the ground. The rope and the heat seal over the rope ends survived it all. But eventually the springs in the metal clips gave out. So I contacted the company and asked if they could replace the clips. I had to send in the leashes, and sure enough, they sent them back with brand new clips and heat seals. And BONUS they sent us a new leash FOR FREE! Mountain Dog really does honour their lifetime warranty on leashes, and they go above and beyond, with personable, friendly customer service from a real human that exceeded my expectations.

I received prompt email replies to my questions and friendly, detailed advice when choosing a canicross harness for my small border collie. Honestly, I was truly impressed with the standard of service and the harness is indeed just right for my dog. I can certainly recommend Mountain Dog for anyone seeking a running harness for their dog.

Fast despatch and good quality products

Products were dispatched quickly and are good quality. Used Mountain dog many time and always been happy. The only drawback was Royal Mail, so although dispatched next day after ordering with 48 hour service the goods weren't delivered until Saturday, but that is a problem with RM not Mountain Dog.

First of all i ordered a medium harness but it was too big around the next so i phoned customer services for advice,they were so helpful and nice.I packed up the medium and returned for size small as soon as they recieved return they sent out the small all sorted within 3 days ,cerntainly use again

Having purchased various harnesses, leads, collars and boots from Mountain Dog over the years I couldn't rate them highly enough. They stock great brands, their customer service is second-to-none and delivery times have always been expedient.

I recently bought some boots for one of my dogs whilst she recovers from an injury, and spoke with Paul(?) who was so helpful when I ordered the wrong size. Someone that not only knows their products, but knows the market and showed empathy and understanding for our situation!

Ordered a collar and lead which was unfortunately too big, and the sizes available were not going to fit my pooch, with out having a clasp thst didn’t require the collar to go over her head.. no worries though as I ordered another type which is on its way
Quick delivery from these guys and the quality of product is top quality…won’t be going anywhere else for this type of product… I would feedback though that it nigh be nice to have a little padding on the inside of the Ruffwear martingale collars with clasp if possible, just a thought

Ordered a dog harness and it was delivered very quickly. Good well made product

quick delivery and great quality products! Rukka micro towel is absolutely fabulous and I like design that wraps even big dog. Waterproof jacket is nice light weight but do tend to slide up a little even with back legs hoops - still great value product which save me a lot of time drying wet dog after a walk.

I chose the non-stop Glacier Jacket v2 in a size 30 (Navy & Blue) and the size is perfect for my 15 month old male Papillon. Jacket is very well made and most importantly does not have velcro fastenings as my dog goes mad with the tearing sound of velcro. It is expensive when delivery, currency exchange and import VAT is added but the quality is maybe best I have seen so overall a great purchase.

I had been looking for a strong sturdy lead everywhere that had ‘rescue’ on it, I had no luck until I found this website.
I placed an order and got 2 leads that are great quality at a great price.
Communication and delivery was also excellent.
