My order took some time to come but that was back in the first lockdown so I expected delays but received my order all in good time!

The worst customer service I have ever received from any brand and what makes it worse for this one is that they wanted me to promote their clothing but it’s truly not worth it. They are so bad with emailing you back and have an excuse for everything.

They scam people by telling them they’re going to be an ‘influencer’ and get a discount code. They make you buy items to get this opportunity that they never send you. All the positive reviews are from people working from the company.

It’s a scam company just out to make some money. Don’t waste your money!!!

I made a purchase in February 2021, it is now March and I still haven’t received my package. It’s been said to me a few times that there was a delay and Royal Mail has been a bit busy and bla bla bla but it still hasn’t been delivered. There was also a groupchat made ( engagement/influencers talk), after so many issues within group members and company owner, group was deleted and we were all asked to message a different Instagram page to be added to a so called new group, which I did and yet have not been added. Everyone related to the brand/company still very much active on social media so I personally take it i’m just being 100% ignored. All I wanted was to be part of something big and tbh, just wanted my clothes, they seem really cool. There’s also people that have ordered WAAY after me and they’ve received their items as well. A bit weird to me tbh
