After 3 months I still haven’t recieved my order. So ignoring and unprofessional. I don’t know how this “brand/company” meant to be is still in service.

Very bad customer service, rude . Not received . Made pay then blocked me on insta , never received anything

Absolutely shocking service. Never received my items and had to chase my order and refund for almost five months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Poor communication and package took over 2 months to arrive

Never got my item, owner never answered messages asking for refund, so just don’t bother buying from them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Blocked me from accounts when a wanted a refund ahahahahah

Never received my order, had messages ignored and emails.
Scammers kept my money since April and no product.
I was sucked into their “ambassador programme”
to use the code “fiver” for £5 off.
Don’t do what I did, luckily I can survive from £20 being stolen.

Where do I start. One day I was approached by the company and was told lies like many other people that SAM wants you to buy a t-shirt then once you buy the t-shirt you can join the influencer scheme where you will then be added into a group chat and receive clothing items monthly to showcase them for the brand and be invited along to photoshoots. It has now been a month and I still have not received my parcel, my money is being held. I have sent around 5 emails and several Instagram DMS only to be blocked and removed from the ‘ GIFTED ‘ GROUP CHAT and be ignored on private messages. The only time SAM replies is when you are talking about stuff not regarding your parcel. I have endless information and screenshots and receipts on this company and am going to result to further action. All this man does is sell lies not even clothing and holds innocent peoples money. Some people may not have the money and see this as an opportunity that opens doors as I did myself and I have had it all thrown back in my face. The GOOD reviews you see are mainly wrote by people with a larger following that he also tells them to write a good review. Once again please stay away from this company.

Absolute joke of a company. Told me my order would be here in 2 weeks, 2 months later still nothing and only received part refund as they said the shipping cost was non refundable (but the item was clearly never ever shipped)

Best service I’ve ever had,kept me up to date with delivery fast and effective. Also clothing is stylish and quality can wear with any STYLE!!!!

This company is awful. I was approached to be an “influencer” for them which I happily agreed to. They then gave me a discount to buy a product. They said I would get a discount code to give to my followers which never happened. I had to wait a month or more to receive my product which was bad quality. However in the time I waited to get my first order I stupidly placed another order which I am still waiting to arrive I ordered on the 16th of April it’s now 3rd June and still nothing. I have asked Sam the owner for an update and heard nothing. I have now had to go though my bank to get my money back. Don’t be tricked by this company. The only reason they have good reviews is because as influencers we have to write a good review before our products even arrive.

Scam very fake and rude people. Have been asked to write a good review to help boost brand. Paying £25 for a T-shirt that doesn’t look or feel that nice in real life, also takes an average about 4-5 months to arrive really isn’t worth it. Their contact email doesn’t work so there’s no chance of a refund an they don’t seem like the type of people who understand what customer service is.
Their instagram is very fake the only likes and comments they get are from people in their ‘influences program’
They must have brought their followers because 500 likes on a photo when you have 80.3k followers is shocking.
Don’t be an idiot like me and try to support small business or so they claimed.

I placed an order in January and still haven’t received my order! I’ve been sent in circles to all these different people who are supposed to help me but they all keep sending me to someone else. I have no asked for a refund as it’s been 4 months but I’ve just been ignored dispute sending multiple DMs on Instagram and emails! Completely waste of time and I would avoid at all costs! Honestly don’t even deserve the 1 star 😒

Don’t buy from this brand they are scammers, they take your money and don’t send your order and when you email them or message them on Instagram they ignore you, they’ve been running this influencer scheme where they ‘hire’ you as an influencer, promise all these bs benefits, get you to order from them but you never get your item(s), load of bs, there’s multiple group chats on Instagram containing these ‘influencers’ who all complain about the same thing, joke of brand lol, should be shut down

If I could give 0 stars I would - order placed over 2 months ago and still not received. Lack of communication and response from company is pathetic. Wouldnt buy from here - spend you money elsewhere

Wouldn’t even give it one star if I’m totally honest

Ordered a “pre order “ two piece set back in January.. we are now in May and I’ve still not received it. Got told there was only “10 of each so to be quick!” I was told it would be sent out the end of Feb.. messaged in March told it would be with me soon.. I’ve asked for a refund because there is no way that this company has any right to hold anyone’s money for an item they haven’t received, I’m entitled as everyone else is to a refund. I’ve had to report this further just to get a refund through my bank.. it’s not up to them when they decide to send it out but hold back our money at the same time. What sort of company does that? It’s not our fault their manufacturing isn’t going to plan..

The item is still up for sale too, which means whoever is purchasing the set now is going to be in the same boat, they’ve changed the expectancy date for the item to be shipped as well..
