The staff was so kind, he picked me up from the station having travelled 275 miles to purchase the car. For me that was a plus. He was calm, well composed and answered all the questions I asked. The paper work and purchase was so smooth, I got the exact car that I expected, I will definitely refer the company to my friends.

Just purchased my vehicle from motors4uk. Such an easy straight forward process. The 18months warranty for the vehicle gives you a peace of mind that the vehicle you are buying is genuine. The company also delivered the same day which was great.....would defo recommend.

I've just got home after purchasing my Audi A4 from here. I cannot recommend them enough, from start to finish the support Muhammad provided was exceptional. He was quick to respond, talked me through the process, and was very friendly on pick up. I can't fault this company and would certainly use them again. Thank you

Process straight forward, vehicle as described, flagged up orange warning light for brake and was repaired before delivery.
Waiting a while for V5. But given slip on day of transaction to tax the vehicle.
Warranty information through separate company, came through day after purchase, covers repairs costs up to value of vehicle 18months.
Requested delivery, very reasonable price.
Car has MOT, serviced with receipts.
Some minor issues that may need repair in future, bit to be expected with age and price of car.
Overall happy with purchase

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! TOTAL COWBOYS, DON@T BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a from this backstreet garage, the biggest mistake I ever made. They basically undersealed the car straight over the rust to hide the totally rotten under side, they sprayed the alloys while they were still on the car as the tyres were coated in spray, they sprayed the brake callipers through the alloy wheels coating everything in between in red paint also. Wasted thousands of pounds for a car that has been deemed unsafe to drive. the exhaust snapped off on my second outing in the car, the exhaust had been cabled tied on and they did the MOT and falsified this as the exhaust was visibly rusted and was just held on by a thread, the entire underside should have been an advisory on the mot as a gentle push anywhere on the underside with your finger and it went straight through the underside, tried to jack the car up and all the jacking points on the seems just crumbled away. I could go on.

As soon as the sale was made, the lies just never stopped!
Their sales team only told lies that were backed up by their false advertisement for a second hand mini (71) Electric.
Travelling from Glasgow to East Sussex to collect the car was a very long and exhausting trip to be met with the car that was not as advertised other than the registration number and the colour.
Every call up until this point was immediately responded to but as soon the sale was complete and the car was off their premises.....NO ANSWER TO ALMOST EVERY CALL....ALMOST!
During the collection of the car, it was simply here is the key you can go now, except the key did not operate the car and I was then left for another 30 minutes being ignored by everyone in this busness to be given another correct key on the second attempt. After driving overnight to collect the car I was very tired and had 500 miles to travel back, I did not notice that no charge cable had not been left in the vehicle and the parking sensors and reversing camera where not part of the specification as advertised as the car had been put into super eco mode, which turns off certain features to conserve power.
After returning home, I attempted to contact Motors4u to address the missing charging cable and missing reversing camera and sensors, 22/9/2025 I was told at this time, the charging cable would be sent to my home address.
I can say that after almost 3 weeks I did receive the charging cable.
Since this time, the lies have never stopped, according to their departments, the car was in their workshop having the required works completed!
I informed the person that this would be an impossible task as the car was at my home 500 miles from their workshop and please stop lying to me, just tell me what is being done to rectify this?
Almost 8 weeks later and at least Omar (sales manager) gave a definitive response "It Happens sometimes! We cannot do anything for you now, you have the car!"
Their "TOO BAD SO SAD" attitude is not just a single answer, it is the attitude of every aspect of this company!
I have now taken action with Trading Standards and The Financial Ombudsman as their complete disregard for myself as a customer is astounding to say the least.
