Nothing was too much trouble, Logan in the Sheffield showroom was who we dealt with leading up to the sale. He was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. There was no hard sell and no pushing us to take out a loan (unlike big motoring world who constantly brought up their loans and tried to persuade us what a good idea they were!) we had half an hour to test drive a vehicle by ourselves, which was appreciated because you then don’t have someone telling you why you should like the car.
Kacia dealt with our handover as it was Logan’s day off, again she was polite and knowledgeable and very nice.
Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. All the staff we came in contact with were great. I’d not hesitate to recommend Motorpoint and if we change the car in the future I’d definitely use them again.

This is my second time purchasing a car from motorpoint. I thought the first time was easy but this latest purchase was a pure delight. Kacia didn’t pressurise me but answered all my questions with patience and made the purchase easy. Will definitely return to the Sheffield branch when I want to change my vehicle again. Many thanks.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from Motorpoint however I am totally blown away.
I raised an enquiry about a car in the middle of the night & as soon as they opened I was called & invited down to have a look at the vehicle. The test drive was something I hadn’t experienced before. I went out in my own which for me was great as always feel like I am on a driving lesson.
Loved the car & did a deal on my part ex. There was absolutely no pushing from Logan & he was open to talk figures.
Picked my new car up in less than 48 hours & received a follow up call asking if I was still happy.

We bought a car from Motorpoint a week ago. So far, the experience has been very positive. The salesman was knowedgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He was not too pushy but very helpful. Compared to some other places we looked round, the car was reasonably priced and in good condition.I would recommend Motorpoint to my family and friends.
