Very helpful staff , especially Gian Luca at Sheffield Motorpoint . He was kind patient and very understanding when we had a small problem that he soon sorted out .

Didn't really turn up with an overwhelming intention of actually buying a car. I thought I'd just have a look around expecting it to be like all the other generic dealerships, some nice cars at not nice prices, not nice cars at nice prices, but I feel like Motorpoint was totally different. The selection was broad, the prices were brilliant and the condition of the cars were fantastic. Each car you look at whether its 10 months old or 10 years old, look like they've come straight from the factory!! The sales team dont follow you around pressing you at every opportunity, you're left to look in peace and simply reach out to them when something catches your eye. Upon finding a car i instantly fell in love with, i went back inside and was greeted by Logan, one of the sales team. A genuine, down to earth guy who answered a couple of my questions and got me the keys to have a proper look around. Within an hour of finding the car, I took it for a test drive and sat down building a deal to purchase. The whole process was so smooth and easy, it was so refreshing. I had a P/X to put towards the car, Logan got me in instant valuation that I was happy with and with that we booked a collection date. Upon collecting the new car, it was in immaculate condition inside and out, which isn't exclusive to Motorpoint as every dealership will give your new car a full valet but you could tell the care that was put into it, it wasnt just a quick wipe and a hoover. The reassurance of the aftercare puts my mind at ease that if I was to ever need any questions answering or if I have any issues, I know I'm in good hands. From my experience, i could not recommend a better dealership in the area. Thank you so much to Logan & the staff, when it's time for a change, I wont be looking to go anywhere else.

A no pressure experience. Sales staff gave the keys to the cars I wanted to view. Test drove the car with the sales person, but only because I didn’t want to drive alone. Overall it was a great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful staff, all very helpful if I needed them. James was brilliant, he found exactly the car I wanted, he helped me with my banking app, and so I was able to put a deposit on the one I wanted al within 10 minutes. When I came to look at the car (when it had arrived) they just gave me the keys and left me alone to have a good look around it and then let me test drive it on my own which I really appreciated. This is without doubt the best service I’ve had when buying a car and I’ll be telling everyone I know that. Ps, the car is brilliant and with the extra warranty I bought, a very good price. I got a decent trade in price for my car and my new car was at a competitive price.Staff are not pushy and no nonsense selling tactics.Up to now im happy and satisfied with my purchase and love my new car.

Overall experience with my new car sales staff very good but not happy with the valet of car interior not very clean exterior scratches on car not done

Zero stars should be an option. Bought a bmw 2 series (SL22WAA), there was something wrong with the pedal shifters, that wouldn't make the car be able to manually shift gears, they said they'd send it to sytner bmw as they had a chance to already fix it, when it got sent the sytner, sytner realised that the car was making a humming sound and that the flywheel needed replacing and they'd also replace the clutch at the same time. Motorpoint said they then would book a time slot into sytner however this was the first lie and that never happened. Lewis said his best technician he's ever met Richard would sort it. However it was never sorted bearing in mind they had already had the bmw for over 3 weeks and was sat in their public car park that anyone can just open the door and damage it, Lewis seems to think that if the car was damaged in his "private" car park that it would be our responsibility even though it was in their care and they left it there. We had been in contact with sytner who said they could have the parts within 24hours, yet Motorpoint couldn't get parts for nearly a month! Obviously wasn't using genuine parts. Any how we asked for a refund which Lewis the "highest manager there" seems to think that cars that start don't have anything wrong with them, if that's his moto then God help any car that they sell. So he refused to refund us our money and argued that citizens advise was wrong! Anyway he explained they have a policy to fix the vehicle first. We once again gave them another chance however when we finally went to pick the vehicle back up and a message pops up on the screen saying drive train failure. So once again Richard "the best technician" wasn't the best!

Lewis seemed to think it was fine to speak down to females and everything he said was lies. He said we'll talk next time we see you after trying to resolve the problem, however he didn't want to speak to us after the car said it couldn't be switch on and the drive train failure appeared, funny how he couldn't face us. Obviously after we handed him the court letters. Miraculously we could have a refund.

Obviously customer service is amazing when buying the car, however after sales is absolutely ridiculous and they couldn't care less after taking your money. All your emails of concerns all get ignored.

So if you agree that if a car can switch on there is nothing wrong with it then please go ahead and this is the place for you.

We was loyal customers and have spent alot of money over the years but certainly after Lewis attitude we will not be returning.

Avoid like the plague!!!

Amazing service from start to finish. Every member of the team we encountered couldn't do enough to ensure our buying experience was first class. Nothing was rushed & we felt very comfortable throughout. We had plenty of opportunity to check out the car & ask questions.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motorpoint Sheffield & we'll definitely be back when we're ready to change our car.
