Buying my wife's car was so simple.
Super part exchange.
Very competitive car price.
Very friendly staff at Peterborough branch.

Car was very good value for 2 years old and very low mileage. From the initial phone enquiry to the handover all of the staff were really helpful. Car was serviced and well prepared for sale.
Extras were offered but there was no hard selling at all so I did actually order the warranty, floor mats and dashcam.
All in all a very pleasant experience and happy with the offer on my trade in.

Our salesman Kelvin was so nice and helpful, he made the experience much easier for us. He’s an asset to the company

On collection from Motorpoint Peterborough our car was quite grubby with cobwebs still on exterior and oily residue on black plastic trim. Next morning found 3 tyres over inflated and one under inflated, oil level way over on dipstick. So much for pdi and valet assurances from Motorpoint staff. To cap it all find myself being accosted at petrol station on way home for unpaid fuel by persons unknown Motorpoint now expect me to chase ANPR (VAR) to clear my name. Update, rang number for "customer care" as advised in reply on Trustpilot from Motorpoint Peterborough and just going round in circles,

Very helpful, very polite and not pushy salesman, the car we bought was priced competitively and overall we were very satisfied with the service.

I bought a ford transit e courier from motorpoint in Peterborough Jamie and Rachel were great to deal with couldn’t be more helpful had a couple of things I found when I got it home on the Saturday went in to see them Rachel pointed me to Fred who swiftly booked me in on the Monday two days later and my van was sorted within in a couple of hours I’m pretty sure you would not get this kind of swift problem solving and fixes at any main dealer in the country all in all great experience and wonderful customer service thanks to all involved happy customer.

Absolutely shocking customer service from Peterborough showroom. The "Motorpoint Quality standard" must be a load of rubbish as we bought our car with a faulty nearside strut top end. So for Motorpoint to be boasting about a multipoint mechanical check from engine to exhaust PLUS a 2nd mechanical check prior to being collected is absolute rubbish. Due to being part way through moving overseas we had been so busy. By the time we'd checked the fault out, we rang motorpoint up on the 11th day and because it was after the 10th day of having the car we was told we need to go through the manufactures warranty and there was nothing Motorpoint could do. We was quickly passed off. Also, on collection day we drove 2 hours to Peterborough showroom for a 1pm collection appointment. Got there and was shown to the car, only to find 1 screw & 1 nail in the same tyre. The Williams F1 paint protection had not been applied that I was charged £450 for. After a 3 hour wait the tyre was plugged and the paint protection applied. Due to the length of time we had been waiting there was no time for a test drive of the vehicle otherwise we would have picked up on the fault. Overall experience was absolutely shocking and we will not be buying from Motorpoint in the future.

5* for the car, condition and price. 1* deducted for the complete lack of after sales service. Two simple ( but important) questions were asked by phone and by email, absolutely no response, very disappointing.
