A dealership that do what they say
I really struggled to find the car that I wanted locally and other garages no longer move vehicles between stores. Motorpoint found me one and moved it from their Edinburgh store for £199. The car arrived on the exact date and as I then purchased the car, the £199 was deducted from the car price. The service we received from Sam in particular was very good. He was very professional and everything we were told would happen did. He found us the car we wanted at a very good price, with all of the features we wanted. He also got us the best price locally for part exchanging our old vehicle - we will definitely use motorpoint again!

Friendly and helpful staff, competitivly proced and for me the most important there is no hard sell of the 'extras' that in my experience some other car supermarkets urge you to buy

Saturday mid afternoon .
Very helpful salesman (Kelvin), answered all our questions about part exchange and cancellation of road tax on current car and arranging for it on any new car - explained how to see details of vehicles we’d chosen as possible purchases (qr code on bc windscreen ) - and quickly provided keys for each vehicle for viewing once we’d narrowed our choices down to three.
When we’d finally made our choice, explained the deposit process and this was very simple and easy - all done via text message link. Arranged test drive for the following Monday.
Took me out for test drive and we then arrange collection details.
Another salesman (Fred) dealt with the handover on the Friday and that was very smooth and easy.
The pricing was fair.
I’d definitely recommend others to use Motorpoint after this.

First time customer, went in knowing what i wanted and was left to look at car without all the sales pitch, but when needed the sales advisor they had all the answers when I was ready. Great experience with motorpoint Peterborough
We had a very smooth experience with the company, we went to look at a car that we were interested in and decided to go ahead and purchase it, we collected the car the following weekend with no issues.
