My experience at Motorpoint Norwich was great from walking in to driving my new vehicle away.
The sales person I was allocated made my experience relaxed and totally stress free, even with my two grandchildren in tow! Giving them colouring and hot chocolate, they had a great time and ask to go back!
He organised everything for me, can’t thank you enough.
I am extremely happy with my new car and I recommend anyone to visit Motorpoint, Norwich

The Sales Executive was friendly and efficient with
good product knowledge. The vehicle selection was
very good indeed across many types and marques.
The administration was efficient. No wriggle room
on the price but good value ( and price promise ) to
start. A reasonable part exchange value. Time allowed to make a personal choice with no pressure. Well done.

All the guys Dave, Zac and Jack were great, made buying a car a good experience after totally apathy
from another local car supermarket. Would definitely return to buy another car and worth the drive from Colchester, only disappointment was that the service books/owners handbooks were either not present or in a bad state but I should have checked that, but otherwise a positive experience well done Guys.

Sold my car this week at the Norwich branch. Got £1500 than dealer offered down the road. Excellent service. Was in and out in 17 minutes. Person serving me was very polite and made the whole process so simple and funds were in my account instantly. Go here to get a good and fair price for your car with excellent customer service.

Thomas Macleod made the transaction very easy from getting the vehicle delivered to driving away. The only negative is quality control didn’t spot the drivers side rear window winder handle is missing. So they clearly didn’t check the car throughly. However a replacement has been ordered by motorpoint.

Good all round buying experience, we went in late in the day & Ellis was more than accommodating- he’s a good guy! There was a slight issue in terms of if the car had been serviced or not (the model of BMW is a two year service not 12 months) but given I had driven a 60 mile round trip to take it in after I had collected, maybe I would have serviced it anyway rather than stating the manufacturer’s requirements - that would have been a exceptional service rather than just good. Maybe expecting too much for what would have been an additional cost to the branch but in a crowed marketplace exceptional stands you apart from the rest!

This is pretty much the perfect way to buy a car.
We used the Norwich branch and the staff were excellent including Zak and Shannon with special mention for James Odell.
We like the straightforward no pressure fixed price approach but also its the little touches like free sanitary products in the ladies loo.
The facilities available and the proffesionalism of the staff puts many main brand dealers to shame.
We would definitely use again.

The two members of staff we dealt with (Tom & Sophie) were friendly and helpful. We didn't feel pressured to buy but when we decided to buy one of the cars that we tried, the process was easy and timely.
