Most car showrooms are intimidating for solo older female purchasers. Not so this time. Salesman was not pushy or gushy and gave me the information to make up my own mind, with no pressure. I had deliberately chosen what I thought would be a quiet time and this paid off.

Hassle free car buying !
Hassle free car buying got to test drive vehicle was hoping to get slightly more for part exchange! And complimentary mats would of been nice!! Libby was nice and helpful did all the paperwork only criticism was dirty engine bay but rest of car was clean. Thanks

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Did I say that loudly enough? After sales is non-existent. The warranty covers NOTHING. They sell you a car without the locking wheel nut & think that’s acceptable!!!

Hi Jeni - obviously I am mortified to read this - we pride ourselves in trying to, and most often succeeding, in delivering great customer service, with empathy being the start point for all customer interactions.
I believe you spoke to our Customer Support line and they gave you some advice relating to this query when you called them - I have looked at the case notes and it appears you were given direction to go to main dealer who would be able to assist - that said, the car should not have been released without a locking wheel nut.
Going forwards, I will call you shortly, I will also ensure that we build a second check of the LWNK to ensure this doesn't happen again. As for our warranty - we have brought all work and contact in house here at Norwich to ensure that we are able to deliver what we promise, speeding the turnaround time on claims, ensuring customers are kept in the loop by people on the ground who do care.

Friendly, helpful and such a simple process!!
The whole process was so easy! I found the car I wanted at a great price and a couple of days later I had it. No hidden fees, no hard sales tactics, just friendly and helpful staff that made everything happen seamlessly. Best car buying experience I have ever had (and I've had about 15 cars now). 5 stars!

Excellent, pressure free service from Zac & Shannon. The whole experience was a pleasure. So much friendlier than other similar style retailers in the area. The freedom to browse cars and take an unaccompanied extended test drive made selecting a new vehicle a pleasure.

Zac at Motorpoint provided an excellent experience from beginning to end. He wasn't pushy at all and on the test drive he let me go out on my own to get a real feeling for the car .
