Quick and simple process to purchase my new car from the Manchester depot - was initially greeted by Ben who was great and finalised the deal with Abdul who was also fantastic. From viewing and test driving’s couple of cars on the Sunday to picking up the vehicle on the Tuesday the whole process was superb and I would hesitate to recommend the to friends and family

The vehicle was reasonably priced in very good condition and they gave me a good part ex price on my car

Efficient and friendly service, providing just enough information that made the buying process straightforward. From initially finding the car the handover, a representative was always available to talk to, and the pre handover checks help really make the process simple and efficient on the day

From the initial enquiry to the final day of pickup we were kept up to date on progress of the car being prepared being moved to a more convenient branch. The handover went well no feelings of being rushed into a decision.

My experience was such a nasty and an unforgettable one. Motorpoint can boast of unbeaten price on cars but are so much exploitative on the various add-ons.
I bought and collected a car on Thursday October 30th with about £1,500.00 add-ons.
Just six days later upon my financial circumstance review, I decided to return the camera with the box as handed-over to me unopened.
I pleaded for cancellation for various reasons but this was rejected.
I eventually wanted to return the car at whatever cost of loss to me. This was also rejected.

I made several attempts for the case to be escalated to the company higher authority and this was rejected.
I further asked for the business regulatory body, but was told there was none.
What kind of policy of sales that does not allow cool-off period or return of item/product? I find this very funny and as a big ripping off opportunity. Thanks.
