I’m now onto my second car from Motorpoint. With my first car, the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I was really happy with the vehicle and had absolutely no issues with it throughout the three years I owned it.

When buying my second car, the team were extremely helpful in finding exactly the model I was looking for. Unfortunately, I did notice a couple of cosmetic issues after taking delivery that weren’t reasonably noticeable during my own inspection. However, Motorpoint were absolutely brilliant at getting everything resolved quickly and professionally.

In the past, I’ve had to battle with dealerships over after-sales issues and poor customer service, so this was a refreshing experience. I genuinely can’t fault Motorpoint’s customer service. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that if you do come across an issue after purchasing a vehicle, they’ll do their best to put it right.

Based on both of my experiences, I’d happily recommend Motorpoint to anyone looking for a used car.

All straightforward, good fair part exchange price, great price for the car i purchased. Staff were good.

Fantastic quick easy will buy from you again

Staff were for the most part very helpful and always very pleasant, but ultimately I was sold a car that had faults and had to be rejected. Special mention for mechanic Reece tried his best to sort it out.

Excellent service from Tee & Dina, nothing was too much trouble, all questions answered, courteous and polite all through the selling process.

I had a good experience with motorpoint overall, I was looking for a specific vehicle but most dealerships only had one location so they was all too far for me to reach, motorpoint has multiple dealerships around the UK so I was able to have the vehicle I was interested in moved to a closer location to me which was great but it did cost £200 to have it moved which I wasn't too happy with, I had to wait between 1-2 weeks for the vehicle to be transferred but it got there in the end, So when arranging to collect this vehicle after transfer to the Manchester dealership I received a call later stating that the vehicle had an aftermarket exhaust, they couldn't sell me the vehicle with any modifications so they swapped the exhaust for a new stock exhaust and refunded the 200 transfer fee due to the vehicle not being standard basically, so I did have to wait some more time which was frustrating but in the end I got the car all standard and in immaculate condition, it looks amazing, drives amazing with great service history, I got my transfer fee back which was good too, the customer service person I dealt with was friendly, He let me have a test drive alone and check out the car for as long as I needed so I'm happy with my experience with motorpoint Manchester and would recommend them to others looking for a fair price and friendly service , 4/5 Stars because there's always room for improvement 🙂

I was a bit nervous going in and didn’t have the highest expectations, needing to part exchange my car etc, but I ended up having a really great experience with the team, especially Kaylum. He was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything, which made the whole process much more comfortable. Kaylum really took the time to understand what I was looking for and found the perfect car to suit my needs. I’m so happy with everything, and any questions or worries I’ve had since have been dealt with straight away. I would definitely recommend!

Not pushy salesperson ,explained what was available to purchase as extras and advantages of them but didn't keep trying to add them on . Car prepared well and any scratches removed. Test drive arranged so could drive it before purchasing.

Sold my car to Motorpoint Manchester. Their valuation was £1,000 highter than Arnold Clark and WBAC. Process was very easy, finance paid off within 24 hours and balance paid into my bank account within 30 minutes. Kaylum Sharp was the Sales Executive and was excellent.

We picked our car up from Castleford where we was greeted by Lilly, she was amazing with us to and made us feel confident with the purchase. Morgan was also very helpful as she made a few touches to the car before we brought it home.

Kaylum Sharp was brilliant. I knew that I wanted a SUV, without a wet belt and really wanted a hand brake.... Kaylum helped me to narrow my search down and ended up with a car that ticked all the boxes.

Everything was a good experience. The car was ready, no pressure to buy extras etc. My only gripe was after being told it had a full service history, when I checked, it had a basic service every 2 years. But the annual milage previously was around 3000 miles, so I let it pass

.....words can not describe how inconsiderate, curt and abrupt the staff are. I can not speak for any other branches other than the Manchester branch, which if you are selling a car, then simply don't bother. I was treated as though I was asking for a favour. I was messed around with times/quotes and spoken to like there were no other car companies out there. Fortunately for customers there are and I have managed to sell my car to a reputable company to them at a higher price than was offered to me by this company. I will be submitting a separate 5 star review to this company.

My son and myself were looking for a car. We went to Manchester motorpoint. We were meet by Kaylum who was very professional ,friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time with us and took time to answer any questions we had and the budget we were looking for. He found us the cars we wanted and I never felt any pressure into making a decision.Even at the handover of the cars the whole team was very friendly and made us feel at ease.
