Very easy from start to finish!!! Will be back!!

Right from the start, when speaking to the online sales team, to then going into the branch. I was given the contact name of my salesperson. Who was Vinnie. He was very helpful and polite. Talked me through each step of the transaction, clearly and throughly. No hard sell. Car I went to see was not suitable, therefore I requested another to be transported. He was very clear to the process and kept me updated regularly. On the day of collection yet again he was very professional, even handling with the aftercare issues, he was caring and very helpfull in getting the problem sorted quickly. I would recommend Vinnie to family and friends, if they were looking at a car from motorpoint.

Recently bought a car from the Glasgow branch and my experience could not have been any better.
Jack Lester was amazing throughout the process and made the purchase of my new car so smooth and fast....went in on the Saturday for a test drive and picked the car up on Sunday (needed wee touch ups of paint) which I think is amazing. He kept in touch throughout.
Also branch was very clean and all staff were welcoming.
Would defo recommend and return in the future.

Sales people were there if you had any questions and wanted to see in any cars but didn't pester you. Hugh our salesman was very helpful, answered any questions I had and wasn't pushy with anything.

Do not go near this company with a barge pole my daughter at 18 bought a honda civic cash with all her savings. The car had marks on the paint work she was assured they would be sorted so they buffed the mark out and it came back the following day. Took the car back and they buffed it again .as you can guess the marks came back .
I've since been to a top class body shop and been told the mark is under the paint from when the whole driver side of the car was painted so now we are left with a paint shop bill .
Very poor customer service.

Initially great service online. Paid for paint protection which I had to argue hugely to be applied. I was at the point of threatening 14 day cooling off period before it was eventually done. This ruined the experience of buying a new car.

Massively disappointed in the quality of the coating applied. Barely any beading and none applied to bumpers or glass. Whatever they used inside gave me a headache driving for the next 2 days.

Dont waste your money on it. Stick another 1-200 and get a proper detailer to do it.

Very pleasant experince in Motorpoint Glasgow. Salesman Ralph very friendly and helpful, able to provide us with all information on car I was viewing and bought. Was able to test drive vehicle on my own which helps. Was not initally happy with trade in price but came agreement with sales Manager that suited all parties.

Fair transparent pricing and valuations for my trade in.

Very Easy to purchase the vehicle love walking around cars without being pressured for the sales team and picked the car i want staff very helpful

As soon as I picked up the car and took it back home I noticed the car had sum bits missing i went back and was told that was the way the car came in as this is dealer talk how don’t care after they take the money and I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from Motorpoint

The customer service by this company after purchasing a car is a shambles, when purchasing the car i mentioned the same mark multiple times, after going back multiple times with paint work damage they would just buff it out and send me away but when I came back to make an official complaint apparently paint work damage is “within their standards” I’ve contacted multiple people within the Motorpoint company and had no reply from anyone. In future I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Stress free car uplift paperwork completed easily. Loved the showroom modern and free drinks while we waited in reception. Staff were kind and attentive. Reception were helpful on arrival. Vehicle was clean and tidy only one wiper was not OK cost £15 to replace when I got back home. Vehicle collected earlier than the original date. Offered test drive. Price was reasonable although my insurer valued 2k less as market value. Tax was arranged in store and I had insurance and driving licence documentation with me for checking. MOT on line confirmed mileage was correct. A good experience and would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
