Very good overall customer service provided by the Motorpoint Glasgow staff.

We have bought our last 4 cars from Motorpoint at Mount Vernon Glasgow.
We went on Friday night and walked round and found a car my husband really liked. Always like the no pressure side of it.
When we went and spoke with the boy (Josh? Double earrings?), he was very patronising and then they undervalued our current car significantly, parks had valued it at over £2k more but my husband has been loyal to Motorpoint so wanted to go there.
We went to a different place today who gave a similar valuation as Parks so that’s showed us they were undervaluing at Motorpoint.

I did feel he didn’t really know what he was doing but really didn’t appreciate how we were treated and spoken to especially after being loyal customers for so long.

It was so easy to buy our car from start to finish second time we’ve used them great service

No pressure service from the start looked around at cars once I had made my decision everything was arranged guys where lovely would definitely buy from Motorpoint from now on

Best price for the car, excellent communication from start to finish and that involved the car being brought up from England. A small snag with the collection date but otherwise a seamless process.

Staff was great car has been great & deal was good only negative was the transport company took 3weeks to bring the car up from a site in England!!

No pressure sales left to make your own choice of vehicle

Buying a car is such a daunting experience but I couldn’t recommend motorpoint enough. They were relaxed and informative and didn’t pressurise me at all. They took the time to listen to what I needed and found me the perfect car. Will definitely use them again. Staff were brilliant.

Lack of courtesy and consistency was a major issue. I was in with my elderly father, who had a good idea what he was looking for and was paying cash. It was like they couldn't be bothered with him. With his salesman taking on other customers before he'd finished with my dad. Then passing to someone else who then took on other customers too which meant that we were left waiting. They dont have a card machine so wanted a bank transfer which my dad doesn't do. Imagine being so niche with your payments to exclude several demographics!!! Had to come back because of some muck up (2 days later) and no coffee OR water. I wouldn't recommend them and, had I been my dad, wouldn't old them to stick the car up where the sun dont shine.

Mitchell from the outset was very helpful without being pushy , before i knew it I was signed up for the new car and everything taken care of .
Even picking the new one up and trading in my old one was very smooth , Alexander who handled the finance side of it is a very approachable and nice young man .
I’ll definitely use Motorpoint again and will recommend friends too

Best price around for the vehicle i was after, no fuss service.

This is the 3rd car we have bought within 5 months from motorpoint . I have dealt with Hugh Kearney from day one a genuine guy with a pleasant and helpful attitude knows his stuff. I would recommend this company when buying a car you pay the price of car on website no haggling like other showrooms as they guarantee the price to be lower iv checked and there prices are very fair. A special mention to the young guy who was doing the handover I think his name was raz he was very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Thanks alan / Michelle and jak

I bought a car from Motorpoint last month that didn't have a Sat Nav SD card which was advertised with the car. Ellie from Motorpoint Glasgow followed this up with dogged determination to sort out. She deserves a pay rise if anyone from Motorpoint is reading this thanks.
