What a great experience
What a great experience, there was no pressure or hard sell, which made it a relaxed experience in looking at the 2 cars that I had seen online. Jack dealt with the sale to start, then when I came to collect it was Dave who took over. Both were excellent. I will be using MOTORPOINT in future. Excellent customer service, and relaxed atmosphere in the store.

The experience was a lot better than other car showrooms as you where not given the hard sell the only down side was that the salesman I was dealing with did not complete the sale it was an other colleague which would have been nice
